Great Train When Motorized
" I just got done with this and I love the build experience. I motorized it using the recommended gear which was about 250 bucks total after a bought both strait tracks and the new curved tracks.
Overall this product is fun, but it’s just a little too noisy for my taste. I’m working currently to make it a little quieter. It looks great under our Christmas tree.
Pros
1. Fast, with the combination of the two styles of tracks being used, flex then classic then flex, the train has never crashed and can be pushed to the limit.
2. Nice colors, nuf said.
3. A good looking piece that is about the right starting pack for anyone. This is my first train.

1. Lego doesn’t offer any more individual cars. This I simply don’t understand. I would be willing to buy two or three more and a caboose on top of that, but it’s not offered. I would even pay about 30-50 USAD a car.
2. AGAIN THERE ARE NO MORE CARS TO BUY!
3. Price is simply too high for the charger and battery. 75 USAD is just too much money. I could have bought more logos for that.

I would recommend it, but just know you’re paying an arm and a leg to get this, but it is quite impressive when done. My biggest problem is that I now don’t know how to expand my train.

Question
" I have one of these for my Lego AT-AT Walker that I got a few years ago. It worked great for that project and is hidden well, but now I am looking to build a really nice Emerald Night Train.
I think I am going to pay the 75 buck to get the Rechargable Battery and Charger, but I guess I am wondering what the difference really is other than the strange box design and the fact that this one uses batteries.
I saw that someone below said they just chopped of the plastic ends and it worked well, but I'm having a hard time imagining me doing a hack job on plastic.

Best Hoth Base Set
" I love this set because these are the turrets that make me remember episode 5 the most. I also own the moterized AT-AT and they look great together!

So Nice I Bought it Twice
" I loved the first one so much I just had to run out and buy a second fighter. This set is unique in the way it is constructed and in how it all ties in together at the end. I also love how this fighter feels in my hands. Another great display peice.

This set is amazing because of the shear size and number of droids. Simply great and probably the best set I have ever had in the droid lineup. If you can still find it get it! It is a very stable set with tons of moving parts and playability.

" I have 3 of these sets for a total of $30 and let me tell you they are amazing! You will love the four clones you get.

The walker is a nice item that is about two times as tall as the clones. It also doesn't fall apart on you after your done. You will want to buy some droids for them to fight though. I suggest the droid battlebacks or mabye the hailfire droid set.

Large, WOW!
" This set is amazing. I have several $100 sets and this craft is almost as large as many of them. It has 3 nice droids that are unique. I got it for 20 bucks and it is a very nice deal. The bombs are large and you get 4 of them. Although if you want it to be in ground mode forget it. It doesnt look very good in my opinion but I still like it for the money. I suggest getting it you will love it!

The Separatist army is on the attack! Roll into battle with the giant-wheeled Hailfire droid with 8 flick-firing missiles. Good if you...
" You will love this set. 6 droids in it 2 of which are pretty huge. The spider droid is really cool and the hailfire droid although a little small is very nice. I also liked the fact that it includes a super battle droid AND a commander droid. So far I have two droid battle pacts and this set. I spent a total of $40 and I have a total of 9 battle droids one commander droid 7 super battle droids 1 hailfire and 1 mini spider droid . I would also suggest getting the MTT it would absolutly complete a massive army.
Overall awsome set, cool to build, and the droid amout is amazing for only $20.
