A new Ninjago fan!
" I never really had much interest in purchasing a Ninjago set, but when I saw a review of this on YouTube, I new I had to have it....And boy what an INCREDIBLE set. So much detail, a fun build, and just an overall wonderful set at a decent price.

Wow....just, Wow....
" I purchased this set for my niece (because she loves LEGO and superheroes), and after we put the set together, we stopped and looked at each other, and said "Wow". We both meant it the same way....What a HORRIBLE product. It's bad enough the build is unimaginative (Lena Luthor's "Jet" doesn't even look complete), and what is with all of the stickers? For an $80 dollar set, there is no excuse for all the stickers. And they aren't even quality stickers! They are already starting to peel off (I won't even get started on your atrocious Belle's Enchanted Castle (41067), which Cogsworth no longer even has a face, because you decided to use cheap stickers). We have the same issue with Wonder Woman's Dorm (set 41235). LEGO quality has been going down greatly the past couple of years. I guess I'll just by my niece the "boys" superhero sets, until you become cheap with them and fill the sets with nothing but stickers. What a disappointment....

Excellent set
" I wanted to pick up this set before it retired, and boy am I glad I did. A fun build and great selection of Droids and Minifigures. I only wish the Jawas came with brown capes like in the original.

Nice update with some quality control issues
" I was really looking forward to the release of this set due to the beautifully updated Minifigures and the minor changes made to the Death Star. While building this set, I noticed several HEAVILY scratched and nicked bricks (I included a couple examples (I apologize for the poor photo quality)). I own the original Death Star (10188), and I had none of these issues. My new set looks like it was roughly played with and about 20 years old. I have other sets I purchased recently, and none have had this problem. The good part is I can order replacement parts from LEGO, but unfortunately, I'll have to wait several weeks for the new pieces.
I would have given this a higher score, but I was incredibly disappointed by the quality control issues. "

Very Disappointing
" I bought this from another online retailer, and all I have to say is what a disappointment.....Probably one of the worst LEGO sets I have purchased in a long time. Set is not a difficult build, but it has no cohesiveness. The shield generator is missing the fourth module, the Ion cannon is poorly constructed, and the Minifigure selection is a joke (WHERE IS LEIA?).
Lastly, the set is not worth the asking price. Wait for a drop in price if you feel you must have it. "
