What Took So Long?
" Great item for sure. No more breaking your nails for us girls or resorting to your teeth (AGGHHH!!!) to get those particularly pesky pieces apart.
Pros: Most sets will come with one of these for FREE now. Look for them in the sets around $35 USD and up.
Cons: Kinda what I said in the 'Pros' section. Since most to all of the mid/high price range sets come with one now, why sell this item separately...?
Keep in mind that while this is a great tool to get stubborn pieces apart and spare your nails or teeth, they can damage the bricks slightly if not careful. The wedge tip seems a bit thick so even patient use can leave marks on the edges of the separated pieces. Nothing major, but still worth noting.
My best!! "

Exciting New Sets + Savings = WIN!
" Hi everyone! My Dad surprised me and my brothers after church today with a few of these sets. Usually one day a week we have a sort of family time or play time where in our case we usually build LEGOs together. Sometimes we try and create a new design of our own or like today, my Dad will super surprise us with some new LEGO sets! In this case, sets I hadn't even seen in stores yet or even knew existed!!
Well we all sat down in our 'LEGO room' at our building (even my Mom, lol) and we opened and built the Werewolf and Ghost Train sets. They are sooo cool! Reminds me of the old black and white movies my Mom likes on I think it's AMC or TMC. One of those channel's with the old movies. Around October they start showing the old Halloween/Monster movies and these sets sooo much remind me of that! If you are a fan of old ghost or monster movies, I am sure you will enjoy these sets!
Pros: I added up the costs of each set individually and this bundle means a few dollars saved, and I'm sure my Dad wished he had those few dollars back from when he bought these. lol ;)
The sets I have built so far that I mentioned above have some very exciting new pieces, and in colors that haven't been released in other sets. Plus NEW Minifigures!!
Play and re-play (if that is even a word) I would rate very high since you can build and play so many ways and themes with these pieces. I know at Halloween people will love playing and building these sets! My Dad even makes some small lights for our LEGO trains we have out at Christmas so I am hoping he will come up with something for these sets! We can light them up and play some scary music and have them on display for the trick-or-treaters! So cool!!
Other build themes I would use these pieces for are any sort of ghost town, old abandoned house, haunted mansion, cemetery, castle of any kind really, even a movie set could be made using the Werewolf set in particular. Hey I just thought of that! Should be a cool project for later this week.
Cons: Where are they? Can't see any. Wait, maybe if the Ghost Train had like one more car. Wouldn't have to be super big. That would be nice! And the Vampyre's Castle maybe was a tad bigger; maybe some higher peaks.
Overall total 5 star rating and I will post our pictures of each set as we build them. The picture attached my Dad just told me was on our PC shows the entire group LEGO is selling in this bulk buying option, so you can see each of the 7 sets featured in this offer, even if I can't build them all yet! ;P "

Glue = Booooo!! Very sad lil' brother...
" Glue = Boooooo!!
All the reviewers on here warning you that these magnet sets are now glued together are not doing it to waste space on the LEGO site or try and get their review count up. They are telling you the truth.
Where once you could buy a lego magnet set to get that special minifigure you never got that wasn't out anymore in any sets, those times have gone. Unless you like playing and building and creating with a minifigure totally stuck on top of a silly magnet like he/she are riding some sort of magnetic hover board, you will be surely disappointed in these sets.
I for one learned this the hard way... Despite my Dad having read about this new upcoming policy sometime around last year, like midsummer, I still didn't remember and went and bought several magnet sets because my little brother asked for some Ewoks for his Ewok village he has been working on for like weeks now.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I do not like to see my brothers sad, and when my brother couldn't play with the Ewoks I got him he actually cried...
Please, LEGO, at least put this in BOLD print in your ads for the magnet sets and the packaging itself that these items are glued and are not meant to have the minifigure come off nor do they allow for that to be an option.
I would not recommend this set or any lego magnet set to anyone but something with an old fashioned fridge or appliance in their house that can actually hold magnets. My parents have the stainless steel (all silvery) fridge and dishwasher, etc, in our house, so I can't stick these things on anything... Maybe a car bumper? ;( Ugghhh..!! "

Glued Minifigures to Magnet Bricks = ZERO Fun :(
" I fully agree with the other reviewers and voices on the LEGO site that have voiced their displeasure at finding the new policy for LEGO Minifigure sets is to GLUE the figures to the bricks.
This was done because in an obvious attempt to prevent LEGO fans, parents and builders from using the sets as they wish, whether that be as magnets or as army builder type sets (purchases), or to obtain a certain Minifigure that was no longer in a production set or was out of their price range in a still available set.
My Dad had read about this upcoming policy sometime around last year, like midsummer. Unfortunately, I forgot he told me about it and when my younger brother asked for some Ewoks for his Star Wars tree house thingy he was building I bought the set with the Ewok it in for him. Two, in fact. I also bought him one of these sets because being a girl I like to collect the female characters. (Sorry, little too old for the Friends theme, although I think LEGO is doing a good job with them.)
Anyhoo, just like everyone else I was really upset when I opened my packs to find these Minifigures 'stuck' to their base. I thought maybe it was like a safety thing and I asked my Dad to take a look at it like maybe there was a little switch that had to be moved to release the figure (as to prevent the figure from falling off the base while on a fridge door which in most families with kids opens and closes with wild abandon). Sure enough he took one look at them and said, "Bo, you do remember what I said last summer about the glue on the magnets?" Well I felt stupid and even more so like I let my little brother down.
The point here is, LEGO is about building and creating. You can't create or build what you cannot take apart. And I don't know about anyone else but my parents have all those appliances that are the stainless steel (silver color) type. I see that style in a lot of my friends houses, too. It seems really popular. And magnets do not stick to stainless steel... ugh! ;( "

Such a 'Super' keychain!
" My Dad and I bought this keychain for older brother. He has 4 boys between ages 12 and 2! It was just our way of reminding him everyday that we think he is a Superman for being such a great Father!
Pros: Beautiful red cape on Superman keychain version of minifigure. Brilliantly bold reds and that royal blue! Just a great minifgure and keychain.
Cons: Weakness to Kryptonite! ;)
All said, I am glad I am bought this for my big bro. I will probably get another one for my Dad for Father's Day. It makes a great gift for people of any age. "

Most Fun You Can Get for $40!
" My thanks and kudos to LEGO for making an incredibly fun set with tons of unique/rare pieces, rare/exclusive minifigures and an overall super design and all for less than $40 USD!!! It is the best!!! My only questions is, if you don't have one yet, why not?! And if you have one, why not two, or more?! Let loose your imagination and the crazy collection of bricks and colors LEGO provided for us and make an all-out carnival 'Joker Style' like I am doing! :)
Here's what you get: Super cool fun house with some very neat little nooks and surprises, like the riddler 'booth,' like one of those old fashioned wishing genie machines at the fairs during the summer. There’s a wobble walkway up on the top level of the fun house which is controlled by a lever behind the set. A falling hammer; done in classic comic/harley quinn style.
A surprisingly nice, even at its small size, bat-cycle, which you can pose Batman on riding with both wheels flat on the ground or on the bike leaning to either side for those really cool slides you see in the movies! Don’t forget the winch/puller system you can control, again from the rear of the set, to capture the crook or caped crusader of your choice.
Minifigure fans EAT YOUR HEARTS OUT!!! You get Harley, Joker, Ridler, Robin and Batman!!! I must say it again! The best fun you can buy these days for $40, period!!!
Robin, Harley and Riddler and ALL EXCLUSIVE (as of the writing of this post) to this set and this set ALONE! And yes, I know you can hunt down the older, out of production sets for a few hundred bucks and get these characters, but we are talking the here and now. Harley is super cute with her clown/jester style cap that comes off/on like a normal helm piece. Riddler is the same with his bucket style hat, and holds and funny red crowbar, although this may be the ONE POSSIBLE place where anyone could point out a flaw in the set. Riddler uses a cane, with his distinctive styled question mark logo on the top. That is the only mini mini mini qualm I wish would have been addressed in the design of the set. Robin's outfit is more like the newer versions on him in the comics as Red Robin, which in my opinion, and probably lots of girls (and guys for that matter) is waaayyyy cooler than the green and yellow tights! lol ;)
I just want to say, THANK YOU LEGO and DC!! This one is a GEM and I hope all LEGO builders and fans will give it a shot! Truly a hall of fame LEGO set!!! "

The ULTIMATE Girl Makes the ULTIMATE Keychain!
" Wonder woman in minifigure form is superby crafted and designed by LEGO and from all the fans of super heroes out there I say, "Thank You LEGO!"
Pros: Great keychain or purse/school bag charm! Just as vibrant and colorful as the minifigure version in the Lex Luthor Mech set, which is a tremendous value, by the way!
Cons: Absolutely none! ;)
Gift Ideas: I gave this to my Mom for Mother's Day because she is Wonder Woman to our family for all she does for us. The result: she said her Wonder Woman keychain was too cute to take a chance of getting scratched with her many many keys so she used a nice ribbon and has it hanging in her car from the rear view mirror where she and the world see it everyday! Awesome! Happy Mother's Day Mom!! "
