It's pretty good.
" Ketar, Creature of Stone, is a fairly decent set with good play value and functions.
It's color scheme is okay, but sometimes the lime green clashes with the other colors for it being such a small set.
He is a scorpion-like creature with 4 legs and 2 large swords for stingers, and... well, posing is pretty difficult with this set. It's hard to get him to do much because he relies on these... "pinchers" for legs and sometimes it doesn't really work out, especially if you don't use his stingers for extra balance.
However, Ketar redeems himself with a pretty cool function: upon swinging his tail from left to right his stingers will strike down and attack anyone in his path.
He also does create a neat silhouette when united with Pohatu.
So, if you're a Pohatu fan or just like scorpions then this set is for you, but there are definitely better creatures out there. "

An amazing set!
" Although I've only owned 3 of the creatures, this one is easily the best. It sports an eye-catching color scheme, unique and fresh design, and play functions that make it well worth the money.
Akida features not one, but TWO stud-shooters with propellers as the triggers, which makes sense and fits the theme. They can also move up and down on the pivot, which adds even more play value, not to mention the function activated by moving the tail up and down which moves the stud shooters. Akida is also decorated with wings and a tail that moves on several ball joints.
Aside from the play value, Akida has a great amount of Technic that will please older fans of Bionicle.
The shadow trap in this set is also a bonus, with long legs that make it look pretty creepy. Also, the Creature of Water comes with a stand, allowing it to stay in the air, which greatly enables posing,
Overall, an awesome set! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to longtime fans of Bionicle newcomers alike! "

The Lord of Skull Spiders!
" The Lord of Skull Spiders is an incredible set that features a gripping function through the use of Technic. His legs are translucent orange and black, and is first and second row of legs have white spikes. You can move his jaw up and down and his head left to right. He is very durable and
tough so pieces won't break off easily.
Pros:
He is very creepy looking and is a great depiction of a Large Spider in the Bionicle world.
His legs are posable which incorporates with the "snatching" action of the mask like on the box.
His body is made almost entirely of Technic inspired pieces, giving him an older-style feeling like the old bionicle.
His gear function works very well and can be used in a variety of ways.
He has a collectible golden skull spider mask which is great for collectors.
Cons:
His legs have to be in a certain stance to keep him standing up, limiting the ways you can display him.
His head is blocked by other pieces and has limited articulation.
The gripping action sometimes is hard to use on the mask.
The instructions are wrong on one of the parts where the gears are facing a certain direction, and although it still works, it makes the spider look different then advertised, which might be a big problem for some people.
Overall, the Skull Spider is a great set that really shows how far Bionicle has come. If you feel that the 2015 Bionicles don't have as much technic as they did, then look no further than this set. It's basically 80% Technic! Thanks for reading! Bye! "

Bionicle is Back!
" I have awaited for Bionicle's return for a long time, and now the line is back with a wide variety of sets.
Kopaka is and has been my favorite toa, and with this edition he will definitely stay as my favorite.
Kopaka, The master of ice is an Incredibly detailed set that has a gear function for his right arm, which allows him to launch his ice spear at his enemies. He has a shield that doubles as skis so he can glide down mountains in the Ice region of Okoto.
He comes with a silver skull spider (that doesn't stand a chance against him) which can latch on to his face, functioning like a mask.
Pros:
Kopaka has an ice spear that, aside from looking awesome, has a gear function like the older models.
His translucent legs, arms, and fists give him a very ice like feeling. A plus is that you can see the spear through his fists, making it look like he is really holding an ice spear.
He has very unique white and gold armor that suits him well and fits perfect with his color scheme. He also has armor on his front and back, a step up from the Hero Factory sets.
His ice shield can turn and also functions as skis.
His chest plate is printed, which is good so it won't peel off.
His golden mask is also a nice feature.
Cons:
His mask does indeed pop off very easily with just a touch of his "brain".
Sometimes it his hard to move his shield in a certain way, because it doesn't work or just looks weird.
His upper leg armor has stickers, even though the chestplate doesn't, which is weird.
The skull spider doesn't fit all the way around like advertised. (It's the same problem with all these sets.)
It's hard to move his head around with his upper golden armor.
Overall, this is my favorite 2015 Bionicle set so far and I am astonished by how awesome this figure is!
Bionicle is doing really well so far, and I hope they keep it up.
Thanks for reading, Bye!

Protector of Ice
" The Protector of Ice is another one of the new Bionicle figures. He is a very cool looking (no pun intended) figure equipped with 2 weapons including an ice launcher and giant saw. He is colored white and translucent blue, with silver feet and head. He has armor on both his back and his front, which is a huge pro considering the now gone Hero Factory figures (they had absolutely no armor on the back), and I am glad that they finally changed that. He also comes with a Silver skull spider, which are the villains of the heroes.
Pros:
His armor is very durable and unique.
His ice launcher can shoot the studs with a very long range.
His giant ice saw is awesome, and is easy to spin.
He has translucent fists and upper legs, which are great details that give him an "Icy" look.
He comes with extra pieces in case you lose some.
His mask is also detailed and just plain awesome.
Cons:
His ice launcher has very small studs which will most likely be lost.
His launcher fires too easily, with a slight bump on the gear firing.
The mask on his head falls off with a slight push of the gear activation on his head.
Once again, the skull spider does not fit on his head all the way, and it's supposed to function as a mask too.
Protector of Ice is a very fun set, and one of the best protectors in the line. Thanks for reading! Bye!

Bionicle is Back!
" Bionicle is back, and with many new sets and figures, the reviews are coming in.
The Protector of Earth is my favorite protector so far. He features a Star Drill, Throwing Knives, and a pellet launcher. His mask pops off when you move the gear on his head.
He has black/silver armor and translucent purple in his upper arms and legs. It gives him an especially great look in bright light which shows off his color scheme.
2 of his weapons function with gears as usual. He is a very durable figure and will very likely survive falls onto the carpet or down the steps.
Pros:
He is very detailed, especially the mask.
His weapons are unique and very creative.
His Pellet blaster can fire the pieces with a very long range.
The skull spider that comes in the set is very cool as well.
He comes with extra pellets in case you lose some.
He is an overall great figure for playing with.
Cons:
The armor pieces on his chest limit the articulation in the arms.
His mask pops off often with just a touch on his brain.
The pellets that he fires are very small studs that fire very far and will most likely be lost down a vent or drain.
Another con is that it is extremely easy to activate the stud launcher. A single turn will launch a pellet that will most likely not be found.
The skull spider does not fit around his head all the way.
Overall, I love this figure and suggest that you go and get one yourself. I am so far loving Bionicle and really want to see what they come up with next!
Bye!
