Wow
" I'm a 56 year old woman, and I got this for myself for the oriental style and architecture, rather than for the ninja theme or Ninjago story line; and it's not the first Ninjago set I've gotten for that.
Wow. Just wow. This was *very* satisfying to build. Interesting and varied design features. I was just in awe of it, the whole time building it. Even with so many pieces, it did not feel tedious because of the variety and uniqueness of it.
This is an *excellent* set for adults to build. (Someone else will have to say how it is for kids.) I feel more inclined to display it than play with it - assuming I had the space to leave it assembled - but I feel sure I will enjoy building it again.

Lovely lovely set
" The aesthetics of some of the Elves sets are a whole new level. This set is colorful, creative, and beautiful, with room on it for quite a few characters. I also enjoyed the building of it - and the other Elves sets I have, as well.
I love the Elves "Unite the Magic" storyline too, as I prefer the exploration sort of adventure, to the ones with evil enemies to confront. I also like the variety of set sizes in the Elves line - you can pick and choose to suit your budget and interests.

Love the aesthetics...
" I got this set for myself. I love the aesthetics of this set! I also got the Elsa's Sparkling ice castle set, and Anna and Kristoff's Sleigh adventure. I was impressed that the ice castle set included skis, ice skates, a sled built with snow shoes for runners, and a ramp to slide down. There's ice skates in this Arendelle set too. Those details came across as sooo considerate. I really love sets that have these sorts of activites for the girls (- besides just eating sweets, cooking, preening themselves, and tea parties).

Theme ties in with other sets well
" I got this set for myself. I have fond memories of summer camp as a kid. I love that these girls have activities to do. I also imagine them hiking and stumbling into adventures that way - so Elves sets and Scooby-Doo sets tie in easily that way. The summer camp I had attended had horses to ride, so that's an easy tie-in with the Friends Sunshine Ranch set. It has brought back great memories, and sent me into collecting Elves sets, which are now my current favorites (- 2016 Emily makes a great camper ;-) ).
