"I actually supported this on Lego Ideas. It's a fairly strait-forward build and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I liked the "seemingly random" placement of some of the parts and pieces. The color palette is awesome, and the oodles of printed tiles that come with this set is a major bonus. I am amazed at the shear volume of accessories it comes with as well. My only real criticism is with the seagulls. I have a love/hate relationship with them. I love how they look, but hate that they won't stay put. They fall off quite easily. I think if they were plastic they would stay in place better, like the rooster. However, having said that, I have a feeling the details would be lost in the process and I do like the details. Play experience? It's difficult to rate something you don't actually play with. It's probably why I don't give it an outright 5 stars. Value for the money? Well worth every penny paid. I absolutely love and adore this set and am pleased as punch I bought it! I would for sure recommend this set to others. It's a great addition to any collection."
"I just adore these new creativity boxes. The best part for me was finding out that you can actually build every item in the instruction booklet with the parts that come inside each box, 3 mini builds per box. The price is phenomenal and the builds in each are just so darn cute. Not only will my grand-kids love playing with these sets, but they get to learn colors as a bonus. They are super fast and easy to build which means this grandma will be able to put them back together quickly when the little ones take them all apart."
