Nice set, and my first OT LEGO X-Wing!
" This set, 75218, is my first classic LEGO X-Wing, as I didn't get the X-Wings before this except for Poe's X-Wing, which was different from this.
First, let's get started on the mini figures:
Luke Skywalker: I'm actually a fan of the new helmet design, I really like it. With that being said, the mini figure was awesome, with the classic torso piece and Luke's face with the new helmet, I especially like the detailed markings on top.
Biggs Dark lighter: Again, the helmet mold has different markings on it compared to Luke's helmet. He has a nice mustache and is a very good figure.
R2-D2: Not much to say, same as the other R2s being released as of now, with the classic astro mech build with R2's markings.
R2-Q2: Same as R2, but with grey markings.
And now, the build:
First bag starts with some of the inside of the main body.
Second bag completes the nose of the X-Wing.
Third bag finishes the main body of the X-Wing.
Fourth bag creates the two wings on the right.
Fifth bag does the same to the left.
Sixth bag finishes up the details and adds engines to the back.
Overall a very fun build, I'd say, and the wings are repetitive but it wouldn't work without it being that way, the build for bag number 6 was the best, in my opinion, my favorite part was creating the front of the engines. The start of the X-Wing was also fun, creating the nose.
Play features:
Set contains 2 small spring loaded stud shooters on the sides of the cockpit area, and four spring loaded shooters near the blaster cannons on the tip of the wings.
Using a sort of lever, you can pull the lever forwards to open the S-foils.
Using a pin on the bottom, you can close it without pulling the lever back again, although you could pull it back with the lever as well.
R2 can fit in horizontally, unlike the 2012 set.
You can retract the landing gear and extend it as well.
You can open the cockpit and put Luke or Biggs inside.
You can swap out markings for Red Five (Luke) and for Red Three (Biggs).
Set is very very easy to swoosh around and easily gripped and very sturdy to fly around the room.
And that's all I can think of for the moment.
Now on to...
Aesthetics:
For sure, the best looking X-Wing set yet, besides perhaps the UCS X-Wing. The best part of the aesthetics is the front of the engines, it uses something new rather than the pieces used in the 2012 set and before. The nose looks really cool, back of the engines look cool, the only bad looking thing is that the laser cannons are a bit short compared to the detailed 2012 X-Wing cannons. Spring loaded shooters can look off, so if you don't play with your set and instead display them, it is easy to take out the spring loaded shooter brick and fiddle around with the pieces already available, no need for spares.
Also another bad looking thing is the pin on the bottom, though that isn't essential and can be easily removed. Also, the top with the lever looks weird sometimes, and I don't mind it, but some people might.
Pros:
Very swooshable, minifigures are very good.
Build is very engaging.
Arguably the best looking normal sized X-Wing yet.
Front of engines are a huge improvement.
Lever piece is very fun to use.
Cons:
Cannons can be short.
Lever might be considered not good looking.
Pin on the bottom looks off.
The back of the X-Wing doesn't have fixed pieces, so the hexagon pieces might be slightly loose.
Spring loaded shooters don't look too great.
Back of engines fall off easily.
Overall, I think even though the cons are more than the pros, the pros way way outweigh the cons in being more important.
Besides, about ALL of the cons above can easily be fixed, especially the first few.
Overall, one of my favorite sets, certainly my favorite display set that I have. I fully recommend this set to anyone who is going for the medium price of 50-100 dollars.
Those who don't have an X-Wing, this is a very good set and if you want an X-Wing and don't have one, I really recommend this set. If you have enough money, the Solo TIE Fighter is a good set to pair this up with.
So overall, amazing set, super cool, probably my favorite set to fly around in and to display.
Probably one of the best Summer 2018 sets, along with the AT Hauler according to some reviews.

Amazing...
" This set is amazing in every way. I had only built the shuttle, so I am just going to review that. The mini figure was really cool, I love the design on its shirt and the backpack it has. Now for the shuttle.
During the build, there were no repetitive parts, and the set is overall really fun to make. It was nice seeing the cockpit go together and making the wings was fun too.
Now for the aesthetics. The space shuttle is very beautiful, smooth at its surface, and the face is unique, unlike past space shuttle sets. It was nice seeing the blue line, not just black and white. The engines were really cool as sprouting from the middle and spreading out in different directions.
The play value is pretty fun. Its main play feature is the body opening to reveal the satellite. Other features include opening the cockpit, and that's about it. The mini figure fits perfectly into the cockpit, and just running around holding it with one hand is enough to make your day. Overall, really good set, nice play value, nice aesthetics, nice build, and nice mini figure. "

Bigger than I thought!
" I was very excited for this set because it said it had three dinosaurs in one set for a very reasonable price! There's actually four dinosaurs in the set, a bonus Brachiosaurus that I will leave to others to explain how to get the instructions. I was very surprised by the quality of this set. I had expected this to be smaller than what I have now because of the small size of the box. I was delighted of seeing that it was actually pretty big, which is always better. I was also surprised by the durability of this set, it was way more durable than I had imagined. The jaws do not fall apart easily, it was actually pretty easy to make it stand on its feet without it falling. The foot claw pieces are very sharp, so I always am careful when handling the set. It was very posable, even my sister made it so that the Tyrannosaur's head was upside down and curving up, while the tail was curved all the way, almost touching the back! It was a fun set to build, and a fun set to play with. The building instructions were fun, with the T. Rex looking like a giant lizard, with its feet sprawled. Then we curved the legs into the natural position, and it was almost done. Then, put the head and neck in, and it's done. It was short, but fun, and basically all my lego sets have five stars. No lego sets are bad. All of them are very durable and have good quality. Very good set. Bravo. "

WOW
" So, I picked this set up at Fry's, when I was out of ideas for which lego set I wanted. I was thinking, Darth Vader, Darth Vader, but I knew that this set was a retired product. I already had the build-able figure set for Darth Vader, and it was awesome. I reviewed that too. And so, the options are: Super Star Destroyer, (retired product a long time ago), Star Destroyer, (currently not available) and Tie Advanced x1. Now, I searched up Tie Advanced lego, and the Tie Advanced Prototype set came out. I was fooled at first, until I realized it was the Grand Inquisitor's Tie Advanced Prototype, not Darth Vader's Tie Advanced. Another option was this set. I couldn't find this set anywhere, the Lego store, Target, and even Amazon.
There were none available. So, my mom searched up 75150, and found that Fry's had this set. So we went to the store and picked it up. So, let's FINALLY start reviewing.
Minifigures: A-wing pilot: I wasn't excited at first, but I found that it was a pretty decent and highly detailed minifigure.
Sabine Wren: I didn't watch the show, so I don't know this character well, but it has the nice hair and the blaster pistols.
Grand Moff Tarkin: I didn't know he appeared in the show, but it was very cool. I expect him to be wearing tan in the show, because the tan colored torso is so intricate. Nice hairdo, by the way. Looks like that Doctor Who guy.
The one you've all been waiting for...........
DARTH VADER.....BOM BOM BOM BOM BA-BUM BOM BA-BUM......: Ok, so this was a very good minifigure. I have the earlier version, and I have to say, this version was better. Most likely because of the helmet, and the nice torso.
A-wing: The A-wing comes first, so I'm going to review it first. It was a very nice build, with barely any repetition. I thought the engines at the back would be repetitive, but it wasn't. It was actually a very easy build. Now, that way that it fires it missiles is awesome. You pull the ENTIRE middle of the ship back, simultaneously firing the missiles. I'm going to keep this short, to create space for Darth Vader.
Darth Vader's Tie Advanced: This set was just plain cool. Besides the repetition in the wings, this set was just flawless. I mean, it just looks so realistic on the outside, with the PRINTED cockpit and hood lifting up to reveal Darth Vader inside. The wings' angle is just perfect. I know you guys are going to criticize me for not criticizing the set more, including the price. But it looks like I'm out of room, so this may as well be the end. "

Wow!!!
" We are just about starting to review. So, playability, visuality, and building. Let's get started.
Playability:
I have never seen such a set with so much playability. The reason is because you can pose it in so many different ways. The arms and legs can move, the helmet can move, even the lightsaber can move. As a result, you can display it so many different ways. Anyway, having this set is just plain fun.
Visuality:
It looks so cool on the outside. There were some technic gears on the back, but luckily the cape covered it up.
The lightsaber looked very cool, and it looked realistic with Darth Vader holding the lightsaber. The helmet was spot-on, and all of the armor plates go together perfectly. The printed tiles were incredibly accurate, such as the chest plate, and the leg armor looked like what it was in the movie. So it was awesome.
Building:
Building this was pretty hard. The arms and legs were really easy, but the torso was sort of hard. It took a lot of time, but it was worth it. It was definitely worth it.
Overall, I am going to say that this set is one of my most favorite sets that LEGO has ever created. "

AMAZING!!!!!
" The reason I asked my mom to buy this set for me is because when I watched Star Wars: The Force Awakens, my favorite character had to be Kylo Ren. I looked excitedly at the catalog for the Force Awakens sets, I saw this set: 75104 Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle. I thought, Hey, I remember this from the movie! Then, the next thing I knew, I was building it. So let's get started.

Minifigures:
Kylo Ren: The smart helmet or hood design was pretty cool. The helmet had a lot of details on it, whilst the hood is pretty mysterious, too. The singed cape told me that the designers paid a lot of attention to the details.
General Hux: I don't know why he's in this set, but it's cool to have him. The kepi cap looked cool on him, and the face with the sideburns is pretty unique. The only complaint is that there are no accessories for the minifigure.
First Order Officer: Not much to say, but the printing on the torso is cool, and again, the kepi cap is very well designed.
First Order Stormtrooper Officer: The helmet looks very glossy and adds a nice look to the minifigure. Lot's of printing on the torso, and the pauldron is very well detailed.
First Order Crew: There are two of them, and I don't even know why they are in this set, but the helmet is what catches my eye. That unique shape really captures the look in the movies.
The Build: Overall, a very nice build, starting with the "head" and ending with the wings and extra stuff. The only repetition are the wings, but I can understand how hard it is the order the build in a way that is not too repetitive. However, a very awesome build because of the way it starts at the bottom and slowly brings itself up vertically.
The look: The thing is, this set doesn't really look like the shuttle in the movie. First is because of the color. In the movie, this ship is pitch-black. In the set, it is dark grey. Also, the wings don't fold outward. But overall, this set looks really good.
I won't comment on the play value because when getting lego sets, I usually display it and just look at it rather than play with it. Overall, this set is truly AWESOME!!!!!!!! "

AWESOME!
" My child had a terrific time building this lego set and plays with it every day, literally. My son tells me that the coolest features are the spring-loaded shooters, the build, the way you open up the set, and the overall streamlined body of this lego star wars set.
He says that this set is simply awesome and is the coolest set ever. Based on what he described, I agree too. "
