Great fun with Mario - wish for instruction manual
" Like many in the Super Mario line, the construction looks amazing and really matches the look and feel of the Super Mario aesthetic. 2 problems with this set (which are true of all the Mario sets). To get the look, the assemblies are not all well connected (held together by too few pegs) and fall apart easy, which usually for LEGO wouldn't be an issue, but as these are specifically made to be played with as an action set, it's really annoying to have to constantly reset and re-assemble pieces that come apart when yo accidentally bump into them. Second issue, it's really disappointing to not get a paper instructions manual. I know the online app is part of the Mario set experience, but LEGO is a time to unplug. Being able to build without looking at a screen is a big draw of playing with them. Hopefully this is not a trend for future LEGO sets to go to all app based. I realize this would be a cost cut for LEGO, but a real annoyance for many who don't have good internet access as well as for folks who really want to get away from screen time. "
