"Ok so first and foremost I do want to say that I liked the Lord of Skull Spiders overall, he's a really cool villain for the Bionicle to face (and I'm under the impression he's just a pawn for a much bigger foe 'cough' Makuta 'cough) but I find a few improvements could have been made to the overall figure. I love the color-scheme! The leg grip action is pretty neat too. The issues I had with it was primarily a lack of movement in the legs, it makes the figure stiff and you really can't put him in very many interesting or intimidating poses, it also limits how you can play with it from a child's perspective. I really would have liked to have seen limbs more like the Visorak from the original Bionicle set or something similar. The other thing I was somewhat disappointed by was the size, in the animations and commercial it seems SO much larger but the actual model looks like a single Toa like Tahu or Onua could just step on it. I wouldn't have minded paying 30$ for a larger set. I really like that this is a new creature though and is not just some slap together humanoid figure, it actually reminds me a lot of the original Rahi models from the 1st Bionicle sets which is why overall I do enjoy it and it's a neat addition to the next generation of Bionicle collectibles."
