Poor app
" This is in our opinion is something that is for older than a 7 year old. Our 7 year old needed help with this to set it up and it is also quite fiddly. The other big downside is we can't download the app, we have a Samsung S9 and Samsung S10 and it says the app isn't compatible with these phones which seems strange as these as very new phones with all software updated so really disappointing, will keep trying to download the app as hopefully when they become aware of these issues you put a fix in place. We think it could be a good toy if we could sync it with the app.
