FANTASTIC product!
" I love this model. I have only previously built Technic and City models, and because I prefer more realistic looking vehicles, and I have been to London many times, I knew instantly that this was the model I wanted. This was sort of my debut to Lego; I had built 5 or 6 sets when I was younger and then stopped building. About 9 years later, I went through pet loss and I decided to go for brick therapy. This model and 2 Technic cars were my constructive way of handling pet loss basically.
This model was so fun to build. I wish I could rebuild it over and over again every single day. The attention to detail is superb, the seats, the signs, the driver's seat, the opening hood and closeable driver's window are all so incredible. LEGO has thought through every minor detail. I look at the finished product every day.
I only have 1 suggestion/ annoyance:
In the rear by the stairs, the grey bricks where passengers enter the bus. I really wish this could have been covered with tiles. It looks a bit unrealistic to go from the smooth tile stairs to the studded platform below. If this was covered in smooth tiles that would be so much better
