9v come back!!!
" Pros:none
Cons:everything
"Flexible track" is so bumpy, wierd looking, and STINKS! dont get this set! Lego now thinks flexible track is some "replacement" for curves! My trains can hardly go around it! Now this is a good sugestion: discontinue this set and sell 8 straights in a set, 8 curves in a set, sell a left switch with a curve and sell a right switch with a curve in a different set,but keep the set that comes with only flexible track because sometimes you need one piece as a "placeholder" or to fill in that pesky gap in the tracks but otherwise is useless.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS TO A FRIEND!!! "

MUST PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
" I got this for christmas 2010. I motorized this with the m-scale motor that I took out of the motorized AT-AT.It ran quite fine with the m-scale motor until I pretty much fried it by running it too fast too long.I'm still waiting for the xl-motor to come in the mail.NOTE: you don't need flexible track to run it on![acctually I prefer not to use flexible track because of the bumpy ride. Pros: fire box inside cab, nice streamlined look, first ever lego train weels [other than BBB weels, conductor,MOSTLY printed bricks. Cons: not ALL PRINTED BRICKS, when motor is in loss of detail.LEGO,PLEASE COME OUT WITH SETS SELLING ONLY EMRALD NIGHT PASSENGER CARS IN ADDITION TO THIS LOCO.why, because 1 car isnt enough for a passenger train. overal, you should get this set. P.S. Next time, lego, it would be cool to design a shay or daylight. Perhaps, even a Mogel [2-6-0] western train! "
