"I'm not really a fan of the car in this set...seems quite 'out of scale' to the figures. I love the cobra statue though. Looks cool, is quite poseable and holds its shape well."
"This battle pack is a wee bit light on the minifigures for the price. Also, the plain sarcophagus should have had printing, like the one from the old adventure line. Only buy if you really need to bulk-up on these troops."
"Kind of a boring little set. Thankfully, that's offset a bit by the minifigures. Elizabeth looks really good and the others are decent...though I think they 'cheaped out' on 'skeleton Jack' just a wee bit. Also...why isn't the gold CHROMED? Cheesy.
IMO, this is a set that is for two things only: minifigures and parts."
"For the price of a battle pack, you get three figures, a cool little globe, a table and a 'bookshelf' with some accessories. Not bad. Not GREAT, but not bad...especially for a 'licensed' set. If you look at a price per fig of $3CDN (which is cheaper than Collectable Minifigures), it's like getting all the other stuff for free."
"As the title suggests, this is a very 'basic' battle pack. No 'extras' at all, really. You get one accessory per fig and that's it. No bells, no whistles. For the price, LEGO should have included one of those little 'brain sucker' aliens. Also, do we REALLY need a 'civilian'? The whole purpose behind battle packs is as 'troop builders'. I don't know about anybody else but, I DON'T want a whole pile of these civilian goobs if I buy a bunch of battle packs. I want TROOPS. Human troops and alien troops. Period! It's still FAR superior to the old 'Pirates' battle pack but, IMO, LEGO has still 'missed the mark' once again. Better, but not quite good enough."
"The title says it all! Awesome minifigs with STUNNING levels of detail. Great new animals and old animals with new prints. Cool buildings with neat 'play features'. If you're only going to buy one Kingdoms set this year, it better be this one...and if you already have LEGO's "Medieval Market Village" set, this set makes a GREAT companion piece!"

LEGO Kingdoms: Escape from the Dragon's Prison(7187)
"At first glance, this set doesn't look like much but, look a little deeper. Ignore the 'facade' building and instead look at what is included in this set. This is a FANTASTIC 'parts pack'! It's almost a 'battle pack' with a building included!
If you're into 'army building', this is the set for you! Buy several! You won't be disappointed!"
"A great new addition to the Kingdoms line! Probably the best carriage set that any Castle theme has seen yet. Pros: Gold wheels Large Carriage GREAT King figure (seriously, the printing is just FANTASTIC) Brick-built trees Four minifigures New 'bottle' element
