"This would easily be one of my favourable builds. I took my time building it. The shear size of this Y-Wing will not disappoint. The top side detail and use of particular Lego parts are very interesting. The designers have done well. The use of Lego colours are very fitting to the Star Wars Y-Wing look. The overall look of the build truely emulates a Y-Wing. The display standard stand sits high and proud. I modified it so it sits a little lower to fit my X-Wings. Definitely a must to a Star Wars Lego collection."

"Another build with my grandson of 6yrs old. We took our time & enjoyed it. A great size ship to adorn my Star Wars collection. Great attention to detail, yet a rather simple build. I really like the playability. My grandkids can play with it, then I can put it away on display when they’re not here. The eleven engines have a distinctive look. The built-in handle also works well for the swoosh feel. I made a display stand with some info’ and a place to put the minifigs from parts in my collection."
"This is a great and true representation of the iconic star wars ship. I took my time building this, a real long time, enjoying it all the way. I really can’t knock the design in any way. Love the booklet and the read. The display stand also works well. The size of the finished build is HUGE. It makes a massive statement in my living room. If you are still thinking about getting one, STOP ...! Buy it ... you won’t regret it."
"Love the colour. They’ll pop in my display cabinet of Lego cars. Love the techniques of the build(s). Love the design. Do not love the non-centred steering wheel to the driver on the I-Pace eTrophy. Really do not love the small (looking) wheels."
"Not Bad ...! Pros: Some great building techniques for this 8 stud Speed Champion. Looks true and unmistakable to a Nissan GTR. Better interior design than the Ferrari. Cons: Steering wheel is not centred to the driver. The wheels also look just that bit too small. These both seem to be a common issue with the new 8 stud Speed Champions."
