not impressed
" From an engineering view, this thing was great. Building a "working" engine and drivetrain, steering, it was cool. Until you put the body together. What a pile. It looks like they put so much effort into the engine and steering components that they ran out of time for the body and just threw stuff together to make it fit before the deadline came. Doesn't look good at all. Not even shelf worthy. Very disappointed for the $50 spent on it.

bought it for the boat
" My boy wanted a boat, so we got this set. Glued the pieces so he could play with it. He's a tornado with toys. He absolutely loves it! We added a bunch of the spare parts needed for the car and hot rod to turn it into a police boat. Red lights on the top and front, extra seats on the front, and some rugged bumpers on the sides in case he needed to take down the bad guys. Was a great build.

not what I expected
" It's very unbalanced. Too long, too narrow. Doesn't look or feel right. Was expecting a more realistic look to this one. Went together easy enough, so I guess that's a plus.
