"LEGO LEGO LEGO...there are not only a handful of set that make me so warm and happy on the inside...flood me with memories of days gone by...I have to say this is one of them. Thank you for bring Winnie and the gang into the LEGO world.____ Fantastic set with a very enjoyable build, and extremely beautiful minifigures that give this beautiful set a great display and play value."
"This set is fantastic because of its two minifigures of Ahsoka and her 332nd Company Trooper; also the separatist AAT tank is an okay build and offers great play value...Since most people (me included) would buy several of this set to get the unique 332nd Company Trooper's minifigure, naturally having a few AAT tanks do offer a good addition to assemble a small separatist army to go against the several 501st Legion's battle packs I have put together...General Skywalker is missing, but Commander Ahsoka Tano is there to lead the Republic Army to victory...It is time for LEGO to make a dedicated 332nd Company Trooper battle pack in honor of Clone Wars finale."
"I love LEGO and seeing sets like this makes me very disappointed. The only possitive was the traditional LEGO parts, figures, and builds, but NOT for this priece.
Even though the set is rated for 5+ ages, the main attraction of the set (its flying pre-molded helicopter assembly) is useless, and does not work as expected as a child toy.
It requires a very fast and hard pulling of the trigger to merely give the propellers enough speed for a insignificant jump up of the craft. A child would not be able to pull that hard to generate the speed to even do that. Forget about flying it.
It is so un-LEGO like to make such a addition of a pre-molded gimmick to a LEGO set when a brick built non-flying LEGO helicopter would have been far far more welcoming and fun inclusion in a set like this for $50.
Its is also so out of character and out of spirit for LEGO that these pieces of this "flying helicopter" are not compatible with any other LEGO system pieces, so you will not be able to build any other fun and creative LEGO builds and MOCs with these pieces.
The cost of the set without these few piece would have been $25-$30, and it would have been a better set without them."

"This little LEGO Idea gift set is just great, and fits just fantastically in my little LEGO module building street display. The design reminds me of a 1st gen Ford Thunderbird from mid-50s. LEGO should do more small gift releases like this. My set was fully complete and the license plate sticker sheet was stuck in the box."
"Truly an amazing set, and one that is indeed well worth being re-release. If you did not get it when it first came out, then go ahead and buy it now. If you did get it then, why not make it two ;) It has a great building process with a fantastic stage by stage design. It is really detailed for a LEGO and has great display value. A+++"
"My first LEGO set was the 1989 Black Seas Barracuda, which was given to me as a used set on my 6th birthday in 1995. I became a LEGO fan from that moment onward. While I never really became a major LEGO pirates theme fan, as my interests in different LEGO themes grew, that set always remained my most treasured, used, well-played and worn LEGO set until it was lost in house moving.
When I found out that LEGO is putting out this set, I could not contain my excitement to buy it and put it together. I used to pretend my 1989 Barracuda was shipwrecked and this set just hits me with all those memories and moments.
This set is fantastically designed with so much care put to how it would look once it is made into its shipwrecked format or its fully assembled ship format. The quality of the pieces are as always 100% LEGO quality. The high cost is understandable considering the piece count, mini figure count, and cloth sails. Its a enjoyable build, with great potential for display as an assembled ship, or just for playing.
