Best one yet!
" This set is a must buy - it looks amazing when finished. The modularity is very cool and extremely satisfying. Love the building techniques, especially the cornices of the building. The story in the set is great too. I also like the box and instructions being black, I think the adult-oriented design is a great idea.

Adventures with Mario Starter Course

Endless Play
" What a great set! Purchased for my brother and both he and I love it!
When I first took Mario out of the box I was pleasantly surprised how small Mario is, not big and clumsy-looking like I was expecting. The build comes together quickly and looks great. The play in this set is amazing, especially if you enjoy ditching the instructions and building your own course - this is where the set really excels.
What I liked:
1. The modularity and endless play options. The bright colors and new pieces enhance this.
2. Mario himself is epic. Has lots of fun features and interactions.
3. The opportunity to expand and make your course bigger - Lego has really thought the theme out well.
4. The durability - We dropped Mario (accidentally) several times off the table onto a hard concrete floor and nothing was affected. Amazing.
What I didnt like:
1. Mario can glitch
2. Yup, like everyone else, I agree physical instructions would have been better. Lego says it was because it was difficult to show this set properly without building it through the app, but we all know it was actually to get more kids onto Lego Life. Oh well, the app isnt too bad.
3. Just one more thing to "do" in the set would be great, like another character, action block or play feature.

Overall, if you're still deciding whether to get the set or not, for you or for a child, I would say get it if you like to play with Lego. If you do, its a must buy. (Thumbs up emoji).
