Big disappointment
" I bought it for a treat for Christmas. It was with enjoyment that I opened the box. waow, beautiful packaging, great colour scheme, great work. Great instructions books, great construction, intricate ways to assemble elements, gearbox etc.
When I opened the 3rd box started my surprise by finding huge colour discrepancies between different parts. And it went from bad to worse. It really hurt the eyes. I called lego customer service, they’re aware of the problem and offered to ship only one kind of connector. But I had over 120 mismatch pieces, including panels and liftarms and more. So sadly, I returned this beautiful set. I am seriously disappointed with the quality control and consumer service.
For a set that pricey, I hope to have a perfect product. "
