Excellent display option for Lego Minifigures
" This item is a fantastic dedicated solution for the display and storage of regular Lego Minifigures.
There is definitely a need to be realistic in expectations for the space available in each alcove, when considering accessories to include with a standard minifigure. The doors can also be a bit awkward to open when new, especially on the 16 variant.
If possible, a similar product sized for minifigures with larger accessories like the 1984 Wonder Woman and her wing piece, or even the "big figs" such as Hulk or Killer Croc would be excellent.
However if your intent is to display your minifigures without a need or desire to be regularly removing and replacing them from the cases, these points are largely moot for most (but not all) minifigures.
To date I have 28 of these cases, as a mixture of the 8 and 16 variants dedicated to my Lego Batman and DC Superheroes minifigure collection. And I have no issues recommending them for a dedicated display option because:
They look fantastic.
There is a good range of colours (but a nice green or yellow would be an excellent addition).
They stack (be sensible with the height and surface though).
They include holes in the back for wall mounting/additional support.
Minifigures displayed with accessories are protected from knocks, bumps and snagging on clothes.
And they keep dust off!
