An Incredible Build
" I love the show, so this was a no-brainer purchase. The build is challenging and some of the building techniques are really well thought out. I had none of the issues the 1-star ratings speak of (pillars not attaching, houses not connecting, etc). This set requires you to pay attention to details and piece placement, so if you're having issues, it's likely something you're doing wrong.
The mini figs are awesome, especially Dustin and his hair and no teeth smile. Spot on.
Buy this set, pay attention, and start building! You won't be disappointed!

An Iconic Scene
" First and foremost, I am very unhappy I had to get this through eBay because Lego chose to botch this release (after the event was canceled). I bought this from a seller that had 10 to sell. That isn't right.
This build is absolutely amazing. Nearly every piece of this set represents the movie scene perfectly. The structure is pretty solid and the curved handrails are a nice touch. My only gripe about the set is that Luke's right hand needs to be removable, since this is the scene it was cut off by Vader. Overall, this is a 5 out of 5 for me.
