Bait and Switch tactic

The Lego replies "we don't guarantee 6 different figures". Misleading, dishonest and untrustworthy tactic by Lego.

Becoming increasingly disappointed with Lego's marketing tactics. More of what fast ones can be pulled on the consumer. It's clearly worded of by this 6 pack and receive 6 different characters. That means one would get 6 out of the 12.
Time for Lego to offer full sets, stop this blind bag nonsense. If one buys a box of 36, it should have three full sets in it. Disgraceful to continue to be dishonest with consumers.
Honour what is physically typed of 6 different ones. We all know you can provide reviewers with the exact missing figure from the box they received to review. Same with not having 3 full sets per box of 36 & telling reviewers it was an error and would be corrected. Yet consumers can't get that same service provided to reviewers.
