Missing Pieces, Lots of Tears
" Instead of the minifig that was supposed to be behind today's flap there was a tree. We checked the tree flap to see if it was switched, but it was another tree. I know we can request replacement pieces through the website, but it doesn't reduce the disappointment my kids feel on the day we open the flap.

Disappointing Spinner
" My son (age 12) used his allowance to purchase this kit. The spinner does not spin for more than a couple of seconds in any configuration, and the petals of the spinner do not work as shown in the promotional material. He is very disappointed with this kit's functionality and greatly regrets his purchase.
