It is fun and rewarding for my 6-year-old, but...
" My kid got this last year for Christmas and is still playing with it almost a year later. He will take a few months off, then go back to it and do it all over again. If for that reason alone, it was worth every penny. However...
The tablet- and phone-only app is disappointing. Pretty much all kids have computers of one sort or another these days, especially with COVID-19, and the absence of Windows or Mac apps is a VERY disappointing oversight (to say the least). Even some sort of universal, web-based plug-in would be welcome. My house is full of Surface Pros, Windows, and ChromeOS devices. We have a total of one tablet - a smallish Fire Tablet. Discontinuing Windows support may have made sense in 2018, but now it is a head-scratcher. Also, not having universal Chromebook support is an odd omission for a company with Lego's resources. So much for "one device to rule them all," because a tablet isn't it. "
