" I am very pleased with this set. I used it with my 8 year old grandson as an Advent activity after his virtual school work was done. (The divided bags). The Christmas tree is the best design so far. The rooms are a bit tight for play but nicely proportional. I work with miniatures so I have an appreciation for scale. He liked the mechanics of the piece. I put it on a white turntable so we had room for setting up and adding activities for the elves. (He named them after his cousins.) We added colored flashing colored light bricks to the front and the string of lights reflected the light and really looked like they were flashing. He will put together bag 1 on Christmas Eve. As you can tell, we have had fun with this set.
