First model getting back into Lego
" Recently started building Lego with my son and got interested in building something more advanced and "for adults".
I chose this set because of several reasons. Inte has a reasonable price tag to allow me to dip my toes into adult Lego, it would take me some time but not too Long, I love Star Wars and it looks cool when finished.
Well, I must say that I was not disappointed! This is really something else than the Lego I remembered as a kid, much more advanced. I took my time and really enjoyed the process. I wouldnt say it ewas challenging but it demanded some attention at times. This allowed me to never really struggle to the point where I got annoyed but still felt satisfaction when it was done. For experienced builders, perhaps it's too simple, not sure.
Now, I wish it would have been a little bigger, but at this size it will fit in most shelfs or on most desks. Also, since it's a symmetrical head the build got a tad repetitive, but that's just in the nature of it.
This really sparked my interest for adult Lego and I will purchase the Tie Fighter Pilot to continue.
I would definately recommend this to any novice builder or Star Wars fan! "

Great for a 4-year old and a parent
" Bought this for my son, we usually buy the 4+ ones and build togheter but since we have them all, I decided to give 5y a shot.
Great value for the money, the building was challenging for him but with some help he made it. The face when he succeeds is priceless!
Very sturdy piece compared to 4+, I imagine it can hold together for quite a while. Easy to play with, the wheels got a nice roll. However, the roof sits on just 2 studs, so we left it off. "
