Heart breaking
" It is highly questionable that these have been released at this time.
I think it’s fair to say that most people feel the packets so they know what they’re getting. Nobody really wants to spend more than they need getting the ones they like, and nobody wants to pay for the ones they don’t want.
To release these at a time when there are people who cannot leave their house certainly seems like making a profit is a higher priority than customer satisfaction.
I’ve just received an order of 16 minifigures and I was sorely disappointed to find that I only had 6 unique figures in the order, 10 repeats!
I have been a lifelong Lego fan but I have been thoroughly put off the minifigure range because of this. I won’t be conned out of any more money by this rotten sales tactic!
