American Muscle
" I am a big fan of the series since the first episode. I was really excited about this set. I had seen a lot of pictures and had watched a plenty of reviews before I ordered it. My first thought was that the proportions are not OK. But whatever...The details are nice, I love the american muscles, I ordered it.
The play was good. I have many big technic sets, as well but I could learn some interesting building solutions in this set. It took more than 3 hours.
And the result... The proportions are still not OK :D. The Lego version is a little bit wider than it should be. I know that it is not so easy to create a copy of something with Lego elements but I really miss the famous coke bottle shape of this classical american muscle car! I miss the edges. It looks like a big turtle.
As I mentioned, most of the details are pretty nice. The N2O, the fire-extinguisher, the exhausts. All nice. But the driver's seat, the position of the driver's seat... Like the new Speed Champions sets. The middle axis of the steering wheel and the middle axis of the driver's seat are not colinear. Why? There is enough space...
All in all I enjoyed the building, I would recommend this set to the fans of the series or to the fans of american muscles. And it's Lego, I can modify it :) "
