She's got it where it counts....
" Hi.
First review for Lego with many more to come. I received the falcon as a gift and could not contain my joy. I have been talking about this kit for 2 years and simply could not convince myself to purchase it. I am glad I waited!
I had watched the un-boxing videos and Youtube build sessions for the falcon. Now it was my turn! It was everything I thought it would be and more.
The box(s) were unreal, just beautiful and great detail. There was nothing like holding that manual for the first time... just wow. The build itself, I had very little help. It was taxing and a labor of love. I took the time over several days to complete it. It really is an outstanding model and one I will cherish for many, many years to come.
The only downside for me, with a kit of over 7500 pieces, is there are a lot of open areas, nearly half the interior. I am thinking of expanding on this kit and filling in those spaces. Really, That is the only thing I could "complain" about, and when you see her sitting on your desk, or where ever, those thoughts disappear.
Lego. you really outdid yourself with this one. Very. VERY pleased with this. Prompted me to write this review and then look at other exclusives you have. I just picked up the Stranger Things set. So that will be the next review.
