" I was waiting for a special product to do my 100th Review so Mr. Gold's Minifigures Series 10 is the chosen one. I only have one word for this series.....AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!! As you can probably guess I haven't found Mr. Gold yet. However, I will continue to search for him until Series 11 comes out.
This is one of the most unique series of minifigures to be produced thus far. Medusa, Patriot, Tomahawk Warrior, and the Warrior Woman are my favorites from this series. The accessories are better than ever, especially the seagull, Grampa's bald head piece, the paint roller and bucket, the paint ball gun, the chihuahua, and Medusa's snake hair. The paint applications are top notch. I love the detail on the Tomahawk Warrior's face, torso, AND arms. The detailed printing on the Mechanic is also really nice, especially the arm tattoo. The wind blown facial expression of the Sky Diver is hilarious. Finally, I think the orange colored splat on the back of the paint ball player was a nice touch. I was psyched to see another Baseball Player, Clown, Costumed Character, and Roman Soldier. The five female minifigures are all excellent and well designed.
Overall this is a great series of Minifigures. I would certainly recommend them because they are so much fun to customize and collect. Good Luck on your own quest to find Mr. Gold.
Thanks for reading my review. Play Well!!! "

" This is a fun set from the Lord of the Rings. There are three distinct builds: first are the 3 minifigures: Frodo, Samwise, and Gollum, next is the small cave, and finally the giant spider, Shelob.
Shelob is an really cool looking LEGO spider. It's the best one that I have built. (Aragog from Harry Potter and the 2 Mirkwood spiders from The Hobbit.) I'm happy that the face was printed on the brick and wasn't a sticker. I really like the web/string feature where you can hang Shelob or use it to wrap up "dinner for later." The most tedious part of building Shelob was the 8 legs. They are very posable and sturdy.
The cave is pretty standard. I like that it has a launching feature for Gollum to surprise attack Frodo and Sam.
The three minifigures are great. Gollum has poseable arms and has detailed printing on his face/head. He also comes with a fish. Sam has a gray cape, a diamond, and a small sword. He has a dual printed face and has the standard Hobbit hair in a light brown color. Lastly, Frodo has his sword and 3 rings. He also has a gray cape and a dual printed torso and head. I love his terrified expression when he is stuck in Shelob's clutches. He has a brown hair piece.
Overall this set is gret fun. It has fantastic play features including the cave that launches Gollum, a giant spider with string/web, and of course..."my precious". It also has three main characters of the story. You can't go wrong with this set. Thanks for reading my review. Play well!! "

" This is a very fun set from The Hobbit. It includes 4 awesome minifigures, 2 big spiders, 2 small black spiders, and 1 glow in the dark small spider. It also has two scary looking trees and interesting details like skull heads, mushrooms, and cloth spider webs (cocoons). This set contains two bags of bricks. Bag one has the elves and the two big spiders. Bag two contains the dwarfs and the trees and other elements.
The build was pretty easy. The two spiders are exactly the same, so I built them at the same time instead of building one and then the other. The trees are black with dark red elements. I really like the way the bigger tree has a feature that allows the tree to fall over so that Bilbo (sold seperately) can rescue Kili and Fili. It also has a spider shooter feature that slides spiders out of a small hole in the base of the tree. I really like the glow in the dark features for this set: the eyes of the big spiders, the small white spider, and the base of the mushrooms. I also really like the cloth spider webs that are able to hold a minifig and hang from the tree.
The minifigures in this set are amazing. You get two dwarfs and two elves. The dwarfs are Fili and Kili and the two elves are 'LEGOlas" and Tauriel. The printing and detail on each minifig is exquisite. All four have dual printed heads showing a calm and a fierce face. Fili has a brown outfit with two swords. I really like his light brown hair piece. Kili is wearing a brown leather coat and has a green shirt underneath. He has black legs and cool black hair. His weapon is his bow. Legolas has a cool design printed on his torso. He is primarily brown but has some green highlights. I really like the gold printing armor near his neck and he has gold arms. The long blonde hair piece is top notch with the elvish ears and braid. He has a totally different design than his Lord of the Rings minifig. Tauriel was a great surprise. I was very happy to see that LEGO included a female elf in this set. She is primarily green with leather armor. She has two knives that are the "sands of time" dagger from The Prince of Persia. Her hair is a very unique reddish brown color. She and Legolas have the same leg printing.
Overall, this is a great set from The Hobbit. You receive 4 amazing minfigures, 2 big and articulated spiders, 3 small spiders, awesome accessories, and glow in the dark features. I can't imagine anyone not liking this set. Well done. Thanks for reading my review. Play Well!! "

" Lasha's Bite Cycle features a Fangpyre vehicle driven by a Venomari scout. This is the third motorcycle produced for the Ninjago theme (Skull Motorbike and Kai's Blade Cycle). This set also has Cole in his ZX outfit and his blacksmith forge. The shop has a weapons rack, a blacksmith anvil and workbench, and a fire for making the weapons. The cycle has the typical snake head and tail that are featured on all the Fangpyre's vehicles. As a result, it is quite a long vehicle from head to tail. It has a tail whipping feature to catch Cole off guard. I like the purple elements especially the exhaust flames. It has a few stickers that were pretty easy to apply, but it was slightly difficult figuring out which sticker was the correct one. I liked how the stickers were numbered in the Lord of the Rings Mine of Moria set and I think that would've helped here. The bike is very sturdy and rolls smoothly across the table or floor.
This set also includes two awesome minifigures. Cole ZX and Lasha. Cole is in his black ZX outfit with helmet and silver shoulder pads. He comes with a gold swored and other weapons from the blacksmith shop. Lasha is lime green with a cool "cobra hood" piece. He has a very detailed face and has the Venomari Fang Blade.
Overall this is a fun set with two awesome minifigures and a cool motorcycle. The features are great with a whipping tail and hinged head that moves up and down. It also has two flick fire missiles. The blacksmith shop is also very well designed with the ability to hold and make multiple weapons for your Spinjitsu contests. Thanks for reading my review. Play well!! "

" This year we have a fireman themed advent calendar. Help the fireman rescue Santa in time to save Christmas. A Lego advent calendar is a great way to "build" excitement during the holiday season. You get 24 small vehicles, models, accessories, and minifigures. All are easy to build and assemble. My favorite City calendar was two years ago, when there was a family theme. I would like to see some elements from the Winter Village Cottage set in future advent calendars. Especially an igloo, the house lights, and some singing carolers. Thanks for reading my review. Play well!! "

" I really like this collection of minifigures. The Witch, Zombie, and Ghost are all very well made. The Witch is the same figure from Minifigures Series 2 and the Zombie is a repaint from Series 1. The glow in the dark Ghost is from the Monster Fighters line. This set comes with a tombstone and many critters such as a rat, bat, frog, spider, and snakes. The set was very easy to build. It goes great with the Monster Fighters theme and Halloween in general. I would recommend purchasing this set before it sells out!! Thanks for reading my review. Happy Halloween! Play well!! "

" This is a cool set with two vehicles and three minifigures. The vehicles are Wolverine's motorcycle and Magneto's helicopter. The motorcycle is pretty standard. It's grey and doesn't really have any accessories of note. The helicopter is bigger than I expected. It fits Deadpool very easily and has a cargo area in the middle. I like that the blades can be easily removed without damaging the build.
The best part of this set is easily the minifigures. Wolverine is in his classic yellow outfit with black hair and silver claws. His trademark sideburns are printed on his face which is also dual printed. I like the claw pieces. Magneto has a red outfit with purple gloves and cape. He also comes with his oversized helmet. Magneto also has a detailed torso and dual printed head. Finally, Deadpool is a very awesome minifig. He has two swords, has a detailed torso, and a detailed head piece.
Overall, this set is a nice change of pace from the Avengers line. It has two fun vehciles and three awesome minifigs. Thanks for reading my review. Play well!! "

" I am a huge fan of all the Minifigures Series. I have collected every figure from Series 1-8 including the Team Great Britian Olympic Series. This wave brings a new assortment of fun minifigs and awesome accessories. I also really like the black packaging Series 8 offers. There are 5 female minifigures in this series. I will review each minifig based on the order of the included miniposter.
Evil Robot is a repaint of the Robot from Series 1. The Evil Robot has more detailed printing on the torso and legs. He is black with silver and red details. He also has a dark gray helmet, claw arm, and laser gun. Feel for the helmet with the nobs and the laser from the gun.
Conquistador is my favorite from this series. He has a gold helmet, gold armor, and a musketeer sword. His torso is maroon with no printing but his legs have detailed printing. He has a bearded face and has a slightly smiling expression. Feel for the musketeer sword.
Lederhosen Guy is hilarious. He clearly has lederhosen printed on his torso and legs, comes with a pretzel, and has a Robin Hood esque hat with feather. The pretzel is a fantastic accessory. Feel for the pretzel and hat.
Cowgirl: Yee Haw!! The Cowgirl is very cute. She reminds me of Jessie from Toy Story 2 without the longer legs. The Cowgirl has a western styled shirt, printed legs, a lasso, and her white hat is attached to her ponytail. She has a smiling and freckled face. She follows The Cowboy from Series 1 and The Bandit from Series 6. Feel for the hat/hair piece and lasso.
Football Player is a repaint of the Hockey Player from Series 4. He comes with a blue helmet, gold trophy, #12 printed on his jersey and has printed knee pads on his legs. He has a white torso without printing under the jersey/shoulder pads piece. He has a determined expression and the black "anti-glare" stripes printed under his eyes. Feel for the trophy and shoulder pads.
Deep Sea Diver is a really an awesome figure. He comes with his "old school" deep sea suit, helmet, and spear gun. He has very detailed printing on his torso (front and back) and legs. He is a very unique minifigure and is my second favorite from this series. Feel for the helmet and spear gun.
The Downhill Skier is a fun minifigure. She has a cute light purple ski jacket and light blue and white legs. Her hair is blond and the ski mask is printed on her face (just like The Snowboarder from Series 5). There was also a male Skier in Series 2. I really like the color scheme of the Downhill Skier. I wish she had a dual printed face, one without the ski mask. The skies are magenta colored with white ski poles. Feel for the skies and poles.
The Businessman is very professional looking in his suit and hat. He is carrying a newspaper and briefcase. He has a mustached face with glasses. Is he really a businessman or a Super Spy in disguise...you decide. Feel for the briefcase and rounded hat.
The Fairy will make your wishes to come true. She has a printed torso, pink wand, and clear blue wings. She has the little dress piece that covers the legs like the Figure Skater from Series 4. Feel for the wings and wand.
Santa is much more detailed than previous versions. He has an actual stocking hat (not a red bandana), white trim on the torso, smaller beard, and sack of LEGO sets(?). This the best Santa minifigure. Feel for the squishy beard and hat.
Vampire Bat is a black repaint of the Manbat from Monster Fighters. The printing on the torso is slightly different. The Manbat has more printed muscles. I like the winged arms and the hair piece is very well designed. Feel for the winged arms.
DJ is really rockin'. He has a unique hair piece where his headphones are attached. I like the shirt design and jeans. He also comes with a record and album. Feel for the round record and square album.
Red Cheerleader is a repaint of the Cheerleader from Series 1. She has an "A" printed on her torso with bare arms. She has a skirt printed on her legs and has two red and white pom poms. She also has black hair. Feel for the hair piece, it has three distinct parts. Long in the back with two side "bangs."
Actor is a throwback to Shakespeare. He comes with a skull and has a white ruffled collar. His torso and legs have very detailed printing. He also has a black hair piece like Nya from Ninjago would have. Feel for the collar and hair.
Pirate Captian looks like the pirate who was brought back by Lord Garmadon to fly the Destiny's Bounty on the Ninjago TV show. The Pirate Captain has a black pirate hat with golden skull and cross bones printed on it. A gold sword, a gold hook, and a peg leg. His shirt is very detailed and looks nice. He would easily fit into your collection of Pirates of the Caribbean minifigs. Feel for the peg leg.
Alien Villainess looks like she should be from the Alien Conquest theme. She has a purple cape, a ray gun, and block/dress legs. She has detailed printing on her torso and legs. I like the lipstick and eye brow designs that are printed on her face. She has a pink "brain piece" and a pink plain minifigure head. Feel for the block legs since she is the only minifigure to have them in this series.
Overall there are 16 quality minifigures. There wasn't one minfigure that had a dual printed face and only the Diver has a dual printed torso. The accessories are really cool, especially the pretzel, diving helmet, swords, and armor. I hope I helped you find the one you want if you see them in a store. Thanks for reading my review. Play well!! "

" I am very happy that LEGO made another Star Wars Advent Calendar. You receive 24 little ships, accessories, and/or minifigures. There are two exclusive "holiday themed" minifigures, one being Darth Maul in a red and white hood with a red outfit. His torso is a similar design to his normal minifigure only this one is red with white details. The building illustrations are on the inside flap of each numbered day. The ships are easy to build and are very cute. It's amazing how realistic they can look with so few and small pieces. Overall this is a great set and a fun way to countdown the holiday season. " This is one of the best spinners in Ninjago's history. You get a grown up Lloyd in his green ninja ZX costume, an awesome spinner, and a few weapons. The spinner is gold on top and silver on the bottom. It is printed with the four elements of fire, earth, lightning, and ice. It also has a lime green "crown" (which also has the four elements printed) for easy customizing. I like the lime green clear bricks that are included in this set. The minifigure of Lloyd is outstanding. He is wearing the ZX styled outfit and has a dual printed face (smirk and scared). The detailed printing on the torso and legs is really great. He also comes with dark gray shoulder/sword holder piece. My only complaint is that a hair piece isn't included.
Overall, this is a fantastic minifigure with an awesome looking spinner. It's great that you can buy The Green Ninja at such an inexpensive price. Thanks for reading my review. Play Well!! "
