"Chewy...Set 271!...."-Han Solo
" Ahh the good ol days fighting on Endor...and Lego doesn't disappoint recreating this iconic vehicle. This Set has had a lot of mixed Reviews on accuracy but that's just it...it's pretty darn Close...and with tons of Working play features, as well as super detailed minifigs. It's hard to wrap around how much functionality this set has compared to the UCS version which is much Larger....
Honestly, I can objectively say that this set has great display power as well as playability. They also look great in numbers, so if you are looking for a cost effective good looking moc to add these, I highly recomend it... "

Hats Off to the designer at Lego
" I would have to say I was apprehensive at first about this set simply because the pictures just don't do this Product Justice....like so many under rated lego sets, this is one of those you don't fully appreciate until you've gone through the build Process and have it in your hands. ( Rey's speeder was like that too)
That being said, the minifigures were Awsome, and this was a Super Fun build with lots of different, clever ways to achieve the end result...plus you couldn't help but realize that a true Master builder designed this set.
One thing I noticed was there was a boat load of stickers to apply...why???...it was so well designed with build detail it just wasn't necessary in my opinion. Maybe I'm just not a sticker Guy but that could account for the lack of impact the pictures had.
Overall, this set is by far one of the best, complete, Force Awakens line of products offered. I felt no need to alter, change or upgrade something that was or perfectly designed(except leave out 90% of the stickers-lol) :) "

A nice set for Parts and minifigures :)
" The Bottom line for this set is it has Great playability and great Minifigures...but if you are looking for more of a display piece...read on.
I'll be honest...the minifigures were the draw for this set...and was looking to upgrade my Kylo Ren shuttle for parts, however I did Build this set initially and came to the conclusion that the Build Quality is good...but no where near the build quality of Kyle rens shuttle last year...and no where near the Tiberian shuttle build either....it's just a boat load of Plates stuck together with technic, and that's fine if that's what you are looking for.
It looks Best in Flight mode...but in order to display it I would buy one of those small wall shelfs and let the huge wing span hang over for a nice wall display.
I for one am using the plates for a large minifig scale Kylo ren shuttle...as well as other parts from the set for other Mocs...like the landing gear for the first order transporter...and so on. I was also happy to get the death troopers...probably the best treat of the whole deal...
As for the other minifig...ill look forward to the rogue one release in December to warm up to those but they look amazing and well detailed.
The interior just looks a bit to busy for my taste...not a clean build in other words...kinda like if Picasso designed a set and you weren't sure what you are looking at-lol
This is definitely a serious play set For those needing easy access to the interior to create and imagine with, I just wasnt too thrilled with the build quality although it is extremely strong with all that technic.
The silver lining for me is the parts(I've used all so far) and the minfigs...looking forward to 2nd wave 2017. "

Great Set begging for a Mod
" The first impressions of this kit were less than exiting than actually getting this kit home and building it hands on. The over all build was fun and left much undone as the transporter in universe was much bigger, however the functionality and play features were well done....but I had other plans...and decided to go UCS and build a minifigure scale transporter based on the great design lego already provided.
Hands down the minifigure lineup on this kit was Awsome to say the least...so very happy to get phasma, with a small plattoon of 4, -along with the 2 resistance figures...that being said I have to say I was very happy with the value overall.
The ability to modify this set was super Fun and I managed to widen mine by 2 studs and legthen the overall build by over 20 studs..retaining the overall in universe scale taking some artistic liberties to solve some build challenges.
I highly recommend this set "

Big punch in a small package
" First of all the Value of this is Huge for such an iconic rogue one vehicle with so much detail. At first glance it's military stance was what hooked me initially and then the minifigures included adds that "wow" factor. I'm a huge fan of Donny Yen and was really stoked to see him in this entry level set...the hover Tank pilots were spot on as well...combined with the piece count of the build this is a really nice set at the best price point offered. Hats off to lego.

Unexpected surprise
" First off this is probably the Best minifigure At-St lego has ever offered. The attention to detail was a welcome surprise especially to us old school Star Wars Fans. It's not a UCS build but i would definitely put that label on it with a few minor changes to add minimal detail, if you choose to do so, And best part is that the playability at minifigure scale seals the deal for those building moc scenes...so I'm not surprised they are on backorder as peeps are buying 2 or more.
