Well Built Racing Fun!
" We purchased this set for my son, who loves all things race cars. The set is pretty speedy to build, no matter what configuration you choose to use, and is not too difficult.
The race car featured on the box is certainly the favourite model around here. It is well-constructed and the model feels very study for play. The larger-than-average wheels grip really well to hard surfaces and let this feel like a real race when racing it around. My son was actually racing this against other "solid" racing toys he has and it was able to withstand and bumping and that the other vehicles could.
The alternative models are nice, although not quite as varied as in some other 3-in-1 Creator sets. The go-cart has a similar feel to the race car, although not quite as long and lean. The quad bike is a chunkier version of these parts that is great for rolling across the bumps in a couch or a set of pillows. My son likes to throw a regular lego minifig on the seat and take them off-road.
Overall this is a great Creator set for anyone that likes racing vehicles, especially because of the tires. The included sets are great builds, especially the feature race car model. Really nice set overall!

Excellent Set with Lots of Play Options
" The Butterfly Beauty Shop was my daugher's first Lego set. She loves the colours and themes of this set, and has built and re-built it many times. The construction is classicly Lego, with an open back and easy access to all the play accessories, with wonderfully designed figures. I thought she might find the hair accessories cumbersome initially, but I was surprised to see how she "dressed" and "undressed" the various Friends characters, creating all kinds of different looks. This set offers great play options as well, with many nice accessories like the benches and bank machine. It has become the cornerstone of what I am sure will become a little Friends village!

Nice Variety from the Creator Line!
" The Mini Sports Car set is a really nice, compact set that three great models. My son loves vehicle sets, and he had a great time rotating this through the three different building combinations. I think his favourite was the truck, and he drove it around for some time. We built out the go-cart version and it now proudly zips around his Lego City table. Great little set that offers nice value and a handy storage case.

Look Out for Lightning McQueen!
" I picked up this set for my young son, who loves the Cars theme. The set is a very basic build, without very many parts. The overall design is quite faithful to the Cars world, and provides a nice compact model that is good for play. We hardly ever use the cone accessory, but it certainly doesn't detract from the overall set. And since it is Lightning McQueen, this certainly has to be the backbone of any Lego Cars play experience!

Pure Mater Fun!
" I purchased this set for my young son, who loves the Cars theme. The set is a pretty simple build, without too many complicated parts, and its pretty sturdy when complete. The hook accessory is really nicely designed, and latches easily on to other Cars themed Legos. It's nice to see a set so faithful to the Cars designs. Very fun little set that is fantastic for any Cars fan!

Captain America's Sheild is Fantastic!
" The Avenging Cycle set is one of the smallest Avengers sets available, and it is pretty good value for the price. It includes three great minifigures and a few smaller vehicles. I really like the Captain America figure, and his shield is fantastic. The motorcyle is not the greatest design overall, as it feels a little too cumbersome. I didn't really like the overly simple construction of it as well (ie, the bike is mainly one piece). The alien mini-ship is very similar to the one found in the Avengers Jet set, so its a nice compliment to that set. Overall the set is a simple one that has some nice play potential because it includes three figures. You can bounce Captain America's shield off the two aliens all day long!

Great Get-Away Adventure!
" The Cosmic Cube Escape set is a very nice and compact addition to the Avengers line of Lego sets. The truck model is very sturdy and does a nice job of capturing the Shield look. The large format wheels, chunky bumpers, and detailed truck bed all work together to make an excelleing looking vehicle. My son's favourite sets are the truck ones, and he really likes the way this one is created. The inclusion of three minifigures makes for some nice play options, even if you don't have any of the other Avenger sets. Loki looks great, as he does in all the sets, and I really like how Hawkeye's bow attaches neatly to the side of the truck. And if you decide not to use the Avengers characters, this truck model actually works well with lots of the other Lego themes because in the end it is just a really nice truck. Great set with many play possibilities!

Keeping Lego City Safe!
" The Ambulance is a great vehicle set with some nice play potential. The ambulance itself is a smartly designed model with room for a driver, a care worker, and a patient. The patient stretcher is a nice touch, and slides neatly into the back of the ambulance for transport. The opening in the top of the ambulance is a great design feature that allows you to easily check on the patient during transport.
Having three minifigs with this set really helps the play potential, as you can create a scene without any other Lego at all. When added with some other Lego City sets, this one really starts to shine. My son loves the ambulance and the vehicle, but pays little attention to the street corner element. However, it does look great when you attach it to a road tile, as it adds some nice detail to a cityscape.

Nice Compliment to a Fire Brigade!
" The Fire Motorcycle is a nice little set that helps augment your Lego Fire brigade. It is a very simple build with nice bright colours and a well-equiped rider. The recycle bin is a neat little build, and can be placed as a prop in any other Lego City set with ease. As with many smaller sets with specialized parts, there aren't many re-build options for this set. The motorcycle components can only be used to build the motorcycle and not much else. My son enjoys parking this bike outside his Fire Station, and its speed allows it to be the first one to respond to any emergency call. So I'd say this is a great addition to any Lego City collection!

Great Set with Lots of Variety
" The Lego Fire Station set is great to build and play with. It features a large firestation with two garages and a multi-floor fire house. In addition, it includes two fire trucks. One appears to be a supervisor-style truck, and the other a classic ladder-pump truck.
My son and I really enjoyed putting together this set, and the modular building really helps with a set this large. The garage doors are fantastic, and the details in the fire house portion are quite nice. I was a little perplexed as to why the walls had so many open spots on the sides, but once I saw my son playing with the set, I could see how that actually helped improve his ability to get at certain parts of the playset.
The vehicles are well-designed, with a neat ladder on the larger truck. We managed to break the string connection on the hose accessory of the pump truck within the first five minutes of playing with it, but that doesn't really detract too much from our overall enjoyment. The station looks really great when attached to a few street tiles, and it is a nice anchor for any Lego City play scenario.
The overall build was not too time consuming, nor extremely complex, so this is a nice intermediate set for young Lego builders. Overall we have had a great deal of fun with this set and would highly recommend it for anyone that loves Lego and fire trucks!
