"This is an excellent modular building. A restaurant has been long-needed in the modular building series. What it lacks in size it makes up for in detail. The architectural style and detail, as well indoor and outdoor seating are characteristic of real Parisian restaurants. The interior is also full of details. The back is simple, but not bare. The Even though there is a lot of detail, it is still durable. The inclusion of the printed sign and menu, as well as the moped, was a good idea. The selection of minifigures included is nice. It fits in nicely with other modular buildings. It is a relatively good deal, but I am willing to pay up to 200 USD for something a bit bigger next time."
"These are some pretty good LEDs. They are bright and do not use much power. The long wires can be annoying if you are installing the lights in a small train or car, but are good for larger vehicles. The light is still kind of white when you shine them through a colored piece. If possible, lights that shine either white or red depending on which direction you turn the dial/switch would be nice and eliminated the need to change headlight colors when switching directions with trains. A bit expensive, but great overall."
"Overall, this is a great LEGO set. The train is fast, but has trouble on curves at low speeds. Installing power functions was nice and easy, with the exception of headlights, which would have preferably been included. Operating it is easy. It is relatively inexpensive for a LEGO train and fits in nicely with the looks of other LEGO City products. The inclusion of a train station platform, railroad signal, and minifigures was definitely a good idea. The track is good if this is your first or second LEGO train, but the extra curved track is just annoying if you already own several trains, especially because LEGO does not offer straight or switch tracks separately from curved tracks."
"This is a great LEGO set. It is inexpensive and easy to build. The realistic 4x4 truck features imitation mirrors, opening doors, and a rack of diving gear in the back. The trailer is simple, two-wheeled, and easily attaches to the back of the truck. The diving boat does indeed float on water, although the back sits lower in the water than the front and the stickers tend to loosen when wet. The one-piece hull helps keep it watertight. It attaches to the trailer with two studs. The set features two minifigures: a driver and a diver."
"This is an excellent LEGO product. It is strong and can go fast. It is easy to install and can be used with almost all LEGO trains. At fourteen dollars, it is an excellent deal."
"This is an excellent LEGO product. It is small and doesn't weigh much. It operates on four different channels, allowing you to control four models at once from the same controller. The two dials allow you to control two different functions on each channel, such as two motors, or a motor and lights. Each dial has seven settings, allowing you to control the strength of the function at seven intervals. As long as nothing is obscuring the blue thing on top of the controller or receiver, the signal is perfect. At thirteen dollars, it is an excellent value for the money."
"This LEGO product is excellent. It's small and can easily fit into most LEGO trains. As long as their is nothing obscuring the blue part on top, the signal is perfect. The receiver has two outputs, which allows you to run two motors or a motor and lights from a single receiver. It operates on four different channels, allowing you to run four different models at once from the same remote controller. For fifteen dollars, it's an excellent value for the money."
"Overall, this is a great LEGO product. It's compact and fits well into most LEGO trains. The batteries make it a bit heavy, but not too heavy. It delivers a lot of power and has a long life. It is easy to operate. Compared to the rechargeable battery box, the initial price is quite cheap, although the rechargeable one saves money on batteries. If you don't intend to use it a lot, then this is a better."
"This set is, no doubt, one of the greatest I've ever purchased. It's the first set I've purchased that features Power Functions, and overall, I'm pretty impressed by its capabilities. The train motor is very powerful and fast, allowing you to create longer trains and run them at higher speeds, especially if you add a second motor. The train looks good with other LEGO trains and city sets, and was fun to build, especially the parts with Power Functions. The container crane and flatbed truck was a nice addition, and the set is fun to play with and look at. I have nothing to complain about."
"I have just one thing to say and that's this set is awesome. It has a lot of cool features, including the pedestrian bridge, shelter building, and taxicab. The section of platform with the shelter building actually detaches from the rest of the model, allowing you to put the building on either side. Trains with fronts that are far enough in front of their front wheels, such as the Horizon Express or Emerald Night, tend to hit the pedestrian bridge if arriving from that direction on a curve, but the set includes enough straight track to prevent that from happening. The platform is a bit short; some sort of extension available separately would be nice for future train stations. Overall, I'd say LEGO did a great job with this one."
