" I enjoyed the game play of the Portal 2 levels, like the toys included in the set and am pleased that this is one of the few LEGO Dimensions level packs where the playable character, "vehicle," and gadget formula of level packs actually developed into great play.
I find the Chell character and companion cube useful to get to gold bricks in any number of adventure worlds. I don't use the Sentry Turrent outside the Portal 2 level, but the detailed fun to build toy make up for its lack of usefulness in the game.
I love the GLaDOS dialog in the Portal 2 levels.
I very much dislike having to sit through the cut scenes/game animations every time I play the levels, many of which are unskippable. I hate having to wait through all the annoying Wheatly animations while the clock is ticking. I've played the level at least ten times, and still cannot get the 25 minute "Speedy Thing Goes In" trophy.

No pizza for you.
" I'm a fan of Sensei Wu in the Ninjago television series, and his in game mannerisms and dialogue do not disappoint. As of January 2015, is is only one of two Dimensions characters with the acrobat pole ability. The other character with the pole ability is Legolas who's Dimensions dialogue is depressing and flat. Legolas' vehicle is also uninspired.
I also enjoyed building the white dragon vehicle in this set. It is a bit fragile, but has interesting pieces.

Hey, kids. Who do you love?
" After finding out the hard way that The Joker character does not have the Water sprayer ability in Dimensions that he has in many other LEGO/Tt games and then finding Krusty on sale, I thought I'd give him a try.
I find the character voice annoying enough that he isn't worth keeping around for his water sprayer/plant growth/toxic cleanup ability. I continue to use the soaker version of the Cloud Cuckoo Car when I need something wetted down during the game.
I do like the build, color and styling of the motorcycle vehicle. It was fun to put together.

Oww! Quit it!
" I haven't found Bart very useful or fun for game play. I believe I've run across puzzles where his small/hatch access ability and target shooter ability combo would have come in handy, but I solved the puzzles using a combination of other characters.
While I realize that the gravity/soapbox car model is intentionally asymmetrical, I rebuilt it with the addition of other pieces to both clean up the design and get it down to a size when it fits in the Plano fish lure/tackle box I use to store my Dimensions toys.

All right! This chick is TOAST!
" I like the Ghostbusters franchise, and have enjoyed the extended gameplay, but it feels like this set design was focused on having to have a character/vehicle/gadget combo for a level set and and not designed with the idea of "how can we make this fun game play." Specifically, having to collect ghosts with the characters' proton packs, having to stop, find or summon the ghost trap, pick it up and carry it close to, but no TOO close to the captured swarm and drop it underneath. I fully upgraded the ghost trap in game hoping that one of the perks would be a "follower" AI that would sense when you're collecting ghosts with the proton pack and move the trap to where it is needed. Unfortunately, the trapping process continues to be tedious.
The Dr Peter Venkman minifig in this set has well done detailed arm prints that are not included in the 21108 Ghostbusters ECTO1 set. Dr Venkman also has a different/nicer hairpiece in this set.
The mini ECTO1 included in this set is a cute model. It amuses me that it has a slider rather than back wheels, and I like the idea of figuring out how the back wheels are attached to the inside of the vehicle on the in-game model.
I have nothing positive to say about the ghost trap, as it is a torn in my side during game play.

Upgrading is compulsory.
" I'm very pleased with this set. Unlike many of the LEGO Dimensions sets that come with a redundant/unnecessary vehicle, LEGO broke from the formula on this set and included two figures. Both figures are very well done, and the Dalek included in this set is superior to the Dalek included in the 21304 Dr Who/TARDIS set. Only the Cyberman is a playable character, while the Dalek is a "vehicle" that any Dimensions character can jump on the back of and operate.
The Cyberman in this set has the relatively new (January 2015) drone ability, and unlike the Doc Brown/DeLorean drone combo, the Cyberman drone enters and navigates the drone mazes easily. I love the Cyberman boot/jump jet animation, but either can't get the hang of it or the character is intentionally meant to fall down frequently upon landing.

Bricks! The best weapons in the world.
" I enjoy playing with Dr. Who in LEGO Dimensions. I love the K9 figure. The adventure world is particularity fun.
The level/gameplay is confusing, sometimes buggy, and sometimes tedious. I also had issues with saving the level, then coming back and having to start from the beginning.
Whoever did the scoring for the Weeping Angels space station section is amazing. (maybe part of the main storyline) I'm a grown man, and it had me on seats edge with my heart pumping. Well done.

Square Stud in Round Hole - Won't fit.
" I was excited to get this set so I could solve the "Drone" puzzles in LEGO Dimensions. Unfortunately, the rectangular DeLorean drone is difficult or impossible to maneuver into the mouth of the drone puzzles. I spent about ten minutes trying to get it into the drone tube on Octan Tower in LEGO Movie World, and could not.
If you want reliable Drone capability, consider getting the Cyberman fun pack. His drone is about half the size, round, squishy and fits in the drone tubes with no problem.
The only reason I gave the set two bricks instead of one is that the time train vehicle is nifty and fun to build.

Great value.
" I bought this set because it is one of the few sets currently on the market that is mostly regular/rectangular bricks. I also have a continuously growing Cloud Cuckoo Palace and this set has plenty of great colors for my creation.
That being said, I built it per the instructions and like it enough that I haven't taken it apart yet. I don't actually USE it to store anything, but there it sits on my play table anyway.
Two things I don't care for about the set are the choice of light tan for the inside lid color--I would have much preferred to get those bricks in white or pink, and that the big nesting box is too tall to sit in the back of the main box without getting in the way of the hinge mechanism. I suspect any child that doesn't understand this will constantly have to put the back of the box back together. LEGO Designers could have done a better job to avoid that.

" This set has many great pieces that I intend to use elsewhere. EXCEPT that rock piece wedge--as much as I love transparent orange, I can't imagine how I'd ever use that piece elsewhere and much prefer the silver wedge piece included in the protagonist sets.
I like the minifigure in this set. It was thoughtful of the set designers to include a standard set of legs for better play value. I always try to buy female minifigures to encourage The LEGO Company to produce more until we can get minifigure gender equality.
I like the Incinerate shield included in this set, but I'm disappointed with the way it levels up with repeated scans. The ability IS more powerful with repeated scans, but it also takes significantly longer to charge up before you can use it, and has a significantly longer "cool down" time between when the ability stops working and when you can select any other ability. Basically, all the waiting and scanning doesn't translate to much benefit in the game.
