"This is the exact type of Star Wars set I love getting from Lego. While there are some fantastic sets available, a lot of them are pretty expensive. It's great to see a fun set that won't break the bank. Pros: * Great minifigures! Aside from Beckett, the other two are completely unique to this set, and they're great characters from the movie. * Two fun vehicles. The speeder builds are similar, but different enough that you don't feel like you built the same thing twice. * Good accessories. Those who have seen the movie will love getting another canister of coaxium. Nest's weapon is also fun!
Cons? None in my opinion. Lego should make a lot more sets along these lines."
"This is the best minifigures series to come out in years! Aside from a great way to get some of your favorite Harry Potter characters, almost all of them come with great accessory pieces (new owl prints, the new suitcases, a niffler, etc). We also get the "medium" leg piece, which is perfect for teenage figures. Even if you're not a Harry Potter fan, it would be worth it to pick up a few for the accessories."
"Like most Creator sets, I bought this one primarily for the pieces. There are some great ones included in this, but I was also impressed by some of the builds. The freezer for the frozen treats is fun, and the spinning window display was cool to see. Mostly, I see this set as a great addition to anyone working on a boardwalk or seaside town. I can see how this one could be directly used with the Pirate Roller Coaster. The biggest con is the interior of the shop is a bit drab, and there definitely could have been more going on inside. But I like the pieces (especially the different shade of blue) and the overall style of the set."
"Like the previous pencil pot, this set is a hidden treasure. It is essentially a Creator set with great pieces and a low price point. While I have no intention of using this for pencil storage, I am looking forward to using this in my own lego city. Add a roof and you have a great little garage. Or just use the pieces to build a house (my plan). Seriously, I don't know why Lego doesn't advertise this set more ... it's a great buy!"
"What I like most about this set is that it is a more unique design than we usually get with the City series. While essentially it is a small crane/lifter, the "crawler" part is what makes it different. The legs are cool and have the ability to hold it up in a variety of positions. My one complaint would be price-point. This set really should be $19.99 (US) given the number of pieces and single minifigure. The inclusion of the "frozen" rodent doesn't really make up the difference."
"This is a very solidly built set. I was worried from the initial image that the set would be bland, but now that I have it, I love it. The top comes off to reveal the engine and a storage compartment. The back houses a removable power core. It's those little details that make this an excellent set. I highly recommend this for any Star Wars fans!"
"I'll start by acknowledging that people are disappointed in the lack of instructions with this set. However, I don't feel that's the point of buying this set (or any of the others in this series). For me, the pros are the variety of different bricks and the colors they are available in. For example, I'm using the helicopter blades to finish a wind turbine in my city. I would recommend this set for anyone looking for different pieces and doesn't want to cannibalize an existing set (or sets). Perfect amount and variety of bricks for the price range!"
"This is a great little Star Wars set. The speeder is more functional and better looking than some previous battle pack vehicles. More importantly, the Imperials have better faces (instead of the standard angry bared teeth look). It's nice to see a female Imperial as well. I know some people may have wanted more stormtroopers instead of support staff, but a big nerd like me sees this a huge plus. I got two to help improve my Imperial forces!"
"Great set! I like the improved Hulkbuster, but I love the improve Falcon even more. The flexible wings are more accurate than the old version (just one solid piece). The cannon adds a nice play element, too."
"While this is a fun series, it does lack variety that some of the older series have had. There are great new pieces (balloons, various head-pieces, etc), but this essentially a group of figures for a costume party. If you're looking for a series to fill in gaps with any Pirate, Castle, Space, or other themes, this series won't help much."
