"I just put this set together....and I'm stating the obvious that this set is awesome because of the MINIFIGS! The set itself is pretty average for a small set, but it can attach to the other Dol Guldur sets. the price per piece is a little high, however worth it with the 3 exclusive (new) minifigures. Galadriel and the witch king are the only figures in the series and Elrond has a new print, totalling 3 Elrond minifigures in the series. I love the glow in the dark head on the witch king, and the hair pieces on both Galadriel and Elrond are exquisite. Galadriel's sparkly cape is also unique. At this price, it is worth it for the minifigs!!!"
"I actually just built this last night (its been sitting on my shelf for a few months) and it is super fun! a quick build, with lots of hinge pieces and key minifigures for a great price. i love Wyldstyles hooded hairpiece, as well as the movement the set allows. It really allows fora great play experience reenacting the scene. I like the look of the laser and it is a pretty great set compared to others in the same price/piece range. Definitely better than the Getaway Glider set (in my opinion) unless you wanted the horse in it. the small set is perfect for the short scene and I LOVE THE LEGO MOVIE"
"I love this set....a good price with an awesome vehicle! the bike looks super cool just sitting there, and moves flawlessly. i actually prefer the vehicle as the bike but i think its a cool option to turn it into a flying vehicle! the minifigs are good too, but the price attracted me to it initially. Its retiring soon and on sale, so buy it!"
"I bought this so I could stand up my armies of LOTR minifigures, as well as to use as a base for mocs and sets. In general, it is good, but the spacing of the studs is a little off, creating a visual space. its nothing big, just an annoying little flaw for a LEGO perfectionist like me :)"
"I actually received this twice as an early Christmas gift! this ornament is so sweet, I always love LEGO's ornaments, but this is super cool because its an easier way to get the red transparent bricks that can be hard to find. I love the sweet printing on it, and having LEGO on your christmas tree is just the COOLEST! definitely recommend this for christmas, it adds a personal touch to your tree and is a convenient way to get some bricks. the price may be a bit steep for the number of bricks, bbuuuttttt still buy it."
"I got this case for my iphone and it was amazing! I travel a lot, so having the back of the phone allowed me to have a small, transportable base to build on when traveling! it works very well, has a long lifetime and everyone comments on it! the only negatives are the discolouring that happens after a long time (only some studs) and the fact that it broke (MY SISTER!! ugh) along the side. the lego is of course, very durable, but the case sadly did break. I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER ONE.....so should you."
"I just picked up 4 of these figures (as well as looked at them extensively online!) and they really rock my socks. My favorites are definitely the wizard, athenian/warrior goddess,` jester and pig man. All of the minifigures, however, are detailed with the printed sleeves, multiple accessories and cool printing. Some of the figs do not have double-sided heads, but the ones that don't have hair pieces where the back of the head is visible, so no issue there! I think this is one of those series thats released that has a lot of figures you would want! Definitely recommend them!!!!"
"Welcome to Goblin Town! I can go on and on about how cool and accurate the design of the set is, the neat pieces....etc. BUT the main reason to buy this set (and we all know it) is THE GOBLIN KING! This big fig is so awesome, it isn't even funny. I can't get over how cool he is, an equivalent to the Cave Troll in the Mines of Moria set. The goblin mini figures are also very nice, between them you can make three different figs by using the double sided heads and different accessories. The dwarves are also great to have and I love how Ori, Nori and Dori look. (My favourite is Dori) It is nice to get Gandalf in the set, but I have so many versions of him, he doesn't really stand out to me. Overall, this set is awesome and has the potential for so much playability- I personally like how you can rearrange the set pieces for different layouts. Peace out! :)"
"I don't know what to say other than I REALLY like this set! The design of the tree is very cool, the ability to turn the different levels, shoot fire down and the overall look is great. I also really like the rock piece with the catapult for rocks and fire. The wargs look great standing on the rock piece. Speaking of the wargs..... hands down the best part! I love the moveable head and jaw, even the tail can move a little bit! They look ferocious and are of pretty good scale. The minifigs are also very nice, especially Yazneg and his accessories. As always LEGO creates perfection.... just pick this set up before it retires! Peace OUT! :)"
"I think this is a sweet little set, but it is not one you MUST have. There are no special pieces, maybe except the boat pieces, and there is a lot of grey. There is a flaw in the design of the ring function and it is not a very interesting building process. Bilbo is a figure that you get in other sets, so he is common. Gollum (Smeagol) is great with a different face design, but if you have the other version from the LOTR set and are not a completist, than there really is no point to buying this set. I do like that there is a set to recreate the famous riddle scene, and I love the different Gollum. I just don't think you need the set if you are planning on buying or own the other ones. Peace out! :)"
