"This is a remarkably detailed set. For the number of pieces included, it has a good price, but it should have been smaller so it could have possibly a $30 price tag. The inside is hollow, so if you want you can put minifigures and furnishings in, however they will not be to scale with the house. Although compared to most sets it has very bad playability, compared to the other Architecture sets it is very good."
"I have the Willis Tower and the Empire State building, and they are to scale with each other. However, I do not think the Burj Khalifa is. It is somewhat close, but I still think to truly be to scale it would have to be taller. This is a small gripe, since if it were made taller then it would cost more. It still looks very realistic. Since it is not to minifigure scale it has little playability, but that is what I expected."
"Having been to the real building, I think this set is very accurate. I also have the Willis Tower, and they are to scale with each other! The build is pretty much just stacking bricks, so it is fairly simple. Like the Willis Tower, it has little or no playability because it is not to minifigure scale, but it met my expectations."
"I think this is my favorite architecture set. I have been to the real one, and I think this set does it justice. The reason why I said it has so little playability is because it is a display set. How can you play with a set that has no minifigures and just looks like a famous building? That being said, it is still a very good set. It serves its purpose. The build is simple since it is only stacking normal LEGO bricks on top of one another with a few other pieces. The price is very good. I got this set when it was still the Sears Tower."
