" When I first got into Ninjago, back in February, I did not get the Ice Dragon because the Zane was DX (I wanted the original Zane.) Later, In June, I decided only to get the Ice dragon after I got Kai and Jay DX (I had the Cole DX spinner by then.) I then got it on my birthday, totally unexpectedly.
Krazi is almost entirely new. He has the evil-looking head that the Lego castle skeletons had, but slightly different. His main body has a spine you can easily notice, and boots! The boots must have been created for the Spinjitzu game. He also has a martial arts blue belt and a castle Jester hat. But he still doesn’t have moving hands.
Zane is a white ninja, and I believe those were last seen in 1999. He has a picture of the ice dragon on his shirt and pants and has a martial arts belt. On the back of his shirt he has an Ice Spinjitsu emblem and the name “Zane.” He has a neutral expression on his face.
Now I will move on to the dragon itself. He has two Bionicle three pronged claws for feet (The kind on Jetbug and Von Nebula.) He has short legs, which is bad for running (Fortunately he was born for flying.) His tail is smaller than the other dragons, and less maneuverable.
The wings are, I think, the trademark of the Ninjago dragons. They can be back parallel (for speed) or folded out (for attack.) His claw piece is similar to the hero factory 3.0 tool pieces. On his wings he has the rare ice blue color slopes.
Next, on to the head. His neck is make with a bionicle short upper arm. Two axles inside the head hold together the Ice blaster, main head, and lower jaw. To fire the Ice breath, you have to squeeze on the head and lower jaw.
Over all, good set. Maybe a little overpriced, though.

" Let me say it right here: This is one of the best sets for price EVER!
First of all, It has the red ninja, Kai. Kai is the hero of the whole story. His pants have a red martial arts belt, his shirt has the Spinjitsu fire emblem, and he can actually spinjitsu on his head (like in the videos.) If you take his mask off, you’ll see he has a scar. Did one of the skeletons give it to him? The training course? Nya?
Then we have Bonezai. He has the new skeleton legs with shoes, a white belt, new curved arms, plus you can see his spine. He has an evil skeleton face, which is very goofy. His axe has a bone which you could probably use for a creator dog. The set includes an extra skeleton arm which I use as a projectile weapon.
The golden scythe has a gold lightsaber blade, A new shaft and a gold atlantis blade. Plus there is a stand for it. You can also rebuild it into a golden mallet, which doubles as a lightsaber, the “Fake golden scythe” which is done by changing the shaft around, and a dagger of fire.
The ninja catapult is great, although unreliable. As I tested it when I wrote this, My first shot went tumbling to the left, but my second shot landed Kai into the middle of my computer. You have to be careful about how your weapon is placed when you launch the ninja.
Overall, this set has got a red ninja, an evil skeleton, a giant bone, a golden weapon, a catapult and an Indiana Jones style adventure in one box under $10 at the time of writing- Buy it!

" I got this set for the characters, and I figured that the set is disappointing overall. The characters are Jay, Ninja of lightning (my favorite ninja), Cole, Ninja of earth, and Frakjaw, the skeleton of fire (my favorite skeleton). As you might know by now, the Ninjago Skeletons have been completely redesigned. They have minifigure feet, curved arms like minifigs, a martial arts belt (red in Frakjaw’s case) and some of them have Garmadon’s insignia. The golden scythe can be rebuilt into other versions (see ninja ambush review.) The shredder has classic tank treads, Power miner wheels, medium sized flames and purple elements. What’s the connection between purple and evil anyway? I mean the maelstrom….. But aside from the ninja chomper, There’s not much more to do with the Turbo Shredder. If you want the characters, you should get the starter set + ninja outpost, if you want the scythe get Ninja ambush, and If you want the hat get Wyplash spinner. "

" If you want any reason to get the Skull Motorbike, It is the only set with Chopov’s Black Helmet! Even if you aren’t a big Ninjago fan, the army helmet would really help if you are creating a soldiers display or Lego animation. Plus, Chopov has a bronze axe blade! (2 pros)
Chopov himself is almost entirely new. He has the evil-looking head that the Lego castle skeletons had, but slightly different. His main body has a spine you can easily notice, he has curved arms, and boots! The boots must have been created for the Spinjitzu game. He also has a martial arts grey belt and Garmadon’s insignia. But he still doesn’t have moving hands (1 pro, 1 con)
Jay is probably my favorite character in Ninjago. He is the first ever blue ninja created by Lego. He has a blue belt, Ninja lightning logo on his shirt, and a small mouth, not in a smile or a frown. He also has a black version of the curved sword introduced in Prince of Persia (2010.) (1 pro)
This set also includes the nunchuks of lightening. These are composed of two all-new lightsaber shafts and a small chain. They are nice, and they work very well on a spinner! They also rebuild into the flail of ice.(1 pro)
Last but not least is the motorbike himself. Its got medium-sized flames and ladders on the sides to get onto the motorbike. The skull of death is activated by pulling a lever back, which pulls a chain back, which pulls a technic piece back, which flips the skull forward. However, if you do not pull the lever enough, the skull will not go forward. The bike is not too big, so I think the set should be $ 12.99 at least. (1 pro, 2 cons)
For the pros-cons version:
Pros:
Chopov ax blade
CHOPOV HELMET!
New skeleton
New blue ninja
Nunchuks
Skull of death
Cons:
Hands don’t move
Skull problem
Price
Good set overall.
