These Goblins are here to play...
" I think that the Lego designer had three words in mind when building this set: playability, accuracy and awesomeness (well I guess that the last one is a given on any set).
This set was designed to be played with, not just displayed. It features at least four movable features. However, the entire set is made up of pieces which is easier for playing, not for displaying.
The minifigs that come with this set are great. The dwarves that come with this set are not all that prominent in the movie, however the goblin minifigs make up for this. This is especially true with the goblin king minifig, which is specifically designed for this set. And it is ginormous; it takes up the space of my whole hand.
All in all, this is a fantastic set. Well worth the price. Thank you LEGO! "

Great storage container!
" I bought the pink "Lego lunch box" while on sale so I got this for a great deal! I would really recommend this for a small storage container and NOT a lunchbox.
I had read the reviews for the other lego lunch boxes and they all said the same thing, something that I wholeheartedly agree with: it is too small for a lunch box ESPECIALLY for an adult.
I use my container to keep my ever increasing collection of brick separators and other tools that come with the craft. Thanks Lego! "

I LOVE Gimli!
" This keychain is adorable. If you are a fan of the LOTR book or movie series this is a must-have. The details for the minifigure are great, I love his hair and helmet!
I'm not sure how durable the keychain itself is because I've only had it for a little while but it seems sturdy enough. For those out there who have never gotten a Lego minifigure keychain before, there is no assembly required. It looks just like the picture.

Great figures...
" I was rather reluctant to buy multiple minifigs online because I have read reviews in the past that have said that they buy a lot and they turn out to be all the same figure.
I bought two and I ended up with the knight and the roller derby girl. I love both of them and I know that I will be ordering more. You really can't go wrong with this series. Thanks for the great product Lego! "

Best Firehouse I've built...
" This is the first modular building that I have built besides the mini modulars. It turned out beautiful! I love all of the details.
On the first floor is one of my favorite features, the garage door. It looks just like a real garage door! Inside you can park the fire truck that comes with the set as well as giving the dog a good home.
On the second floor is the place where all of the lego firefighters can relax. It features a kitchen, a lounge area as well as a pingpong table. I love this building and I will definitly be building more modular buildings! Thanks LEGO! "

Riddles in the dark...
" I liked this set. It took only a few minutes to build but it comes with two great minifigures. If you are collecting the LOTR or the Hobbit sets, this is a must have! It came with Gollum, Bilbo and two rings. It had a small moving feature to present the ring. Thanks LEGO! "

My favorite set to date...
" WOW! I love this set. It is truely my favorite Lego set that I have ever built. What do I love about it? It would be easier to list things that I don't like (which would be nothing).
First off, this hobbit hole home is nothing like any of the other lego houses or homes that I have built in the past. The structure is solid but it appears to slope at all angles. This is the first Lego home that I have that also has its own garden and walkway. The bench in which Bilbo is sitting on at the start of the movie is also included.
Inside the home, there are many details that fill the home up. The writing nook and table with food. My favorite details would have to be the circular window and door. There are some similar elements to the Hogwarts castle throughout the home.
The minifigures included all look like they did in the movie. All of them have customized weapons and outfits.
This Lego set was very true to the movie. Thank you LEGO! "

One man's hunk of junk is another's treasure...
" I bought this set as a present for my older brother, who is an avid Star Wars fan. He specifically asked for this set for Christmas. Although he has not recieved this yet, I know that he will love it. It is so cool that I'm going to purchase my own set.
It comes with most of the major characters from the movies. It looks like an exact replica from the movies. It is simply a must-have for any Lego or Star Wars fan. Thanks for making such a great set Lego! "

Makes a great gift...
" I did not buy this lego set for myself, but for a close family member as a gift. She does not have a lot of building expirience, however she found it to be fairly simple to build.
Her favorite feature of the set is the bank vault with all of the money. My favorite feature is the money truck. The details are great! She loves this set and all of the details that come with it. Thanks LEGO! "

My favoite set of the monster fighters series...
" This is the most playable set out of the monster fighters series line. I love this set! The details are great!
Frankenstein and the operating table is the best part of the set. The laser to bring Frankenstein to life lights up giving the whole scene a neat look.
The monsterfighters' car is also a great feature of this set. The old fashioned look gives it character. One of the monster fighters minifigs looks like British hunter on safari. 'Love it! Thanks Lego! "
