Best Speed Champions Camaro yet.
" Another great set from the Speed Champions line. Looks good with and without the stickers (do need a few if you what the grill/headlights). Best Camaro yet from the series.

Good, kids prefer last year Dune Buggy better
" Kids just build this set. They like it so giving 4 out of 5. Not the best value (not a lot of pieces in this set). They prefer last year Dune Buggy better (60145).
If your builder is younger, this set is for you. If they are a little older, for an additional $5, the Speed Champions line offers so much more!
Design issue. Lego did not include a 1 by 2 plate under the center of the window. We added one to increase the durability of the build. There are a couple of spots we added similar plates. If you racer is exposed to any rough play, you might want to add these pieces too.

Attractive set....like this one too
" Built this today with my kids. Bit too difficult for my 8 year old. Had to assist on several steps. Set is rated at higher age group, just keep that in mind if getting for younger builders.
Build looks great. Have not put the stickers on yet, not sure if we will. Only issue I see is the front is a bit square. It is a small detail and the rest of the model more then makes up for this.
In my humble opinion the McLaren Senna is better. If you are only getting one from the series this year I'd recommend the McMaren. If your getting two, this Farrari will not disappoint.

Best vehicle of the series so far...one cool set
" Got this set because the pictures looked good on line. Build is 10 times better. Not sure how close it is to the actual car, but it looks great. Lot of unusual building technics. Interesting color scheme. Love the headlight/tail lights.
Side build is good, bonus on a great set. You won't be disappointed with this one. Wish I had this when I was a kid!

Didn't want to like this set, but do
" Was not the most excited when heard this years set was going to be a fire station. Didn't think the kids would be that excited about it for this years addition to our winter village display. After we built it, I liked it. It has a few short comings, but grows on you after a bit. I rate the sets on the following, does it fit the theme, dose it have any charm and do the kids like it.
Fit the theme, rating good. Little light on the snow fall (lighter snow fall then other sets, roof not covered with snow) but fits in with the other sets. Fountain clear tiles do not match those of the Bakery pond.
Charm, rating very good. The building looks very nice. Fire engine good staging and play value. Sled with the baby great. Christmas tree, ok. Pond is ok too, will need some extra figures and such it stage around it.
Do the kids like it, rating good. The main build was a little complicated for the kids (was like building a larger modular building in complexity). They love the fire truck and the fire fighters. The Datamation was a huge hit.
Final thoughts, if you are think of purchasing, get it. Not the best as a stand alone set, but will look good with another set or two from the series.

This is my favorite set from the series so far
" I am so glad they offered this set. Didn't want to purchase the larger set Ferrari Ultimate Garage. Not sure which of the versions looks best, the red and blue one or just red. Anyways this set looks great. Most detailed build of all the sets I currently own. Lot of new pieces, stickers look great, really not a lot to dislike here. The only thing a bit lacking is the side build, the trophy. Not as nice as some of the the other sets, but the main build more then makes up for it.

This is a winner, Dual vehicle sets great value
" My family owns a few Speed Champions sets. This one is a good one. Purchased as more interested in the classic green 911, after building prefer the newer black and white one. Nice side build. Kids love it. Recommend this set.

two cars vary greatly in building techniques. Good learning experience for kids (and AFOL).
Both vehicles look great.
Lot of stickers, while a pain to put on they look great and if printed on bricks would add greatly to price of the set.

Good set, better ones available Spring 2018
" Have been debating about getting this set since its release, 6 months later purchased. My impressions are as follows
Pro's
Good build, glad you build the trailer and its not just one large piece
Good play value, fun picking up stuff with the chain/hook of the helicopter.
You get an extra chain in the set
Good use of stickers
Kids like the box/crate you get with the truck

Truck is a little bit small. Pickups from other sets are as big as this Semi.
Color scheme not the best. Sure someone requested a black truck a few years back, getting a lot of them now. Its ok, bit too much red. Not crazy about the red rims.
Play/fun not as good as some other current sets in this price range.
Only get two mini figs.

Added a few pictures to help. First, this truck is the same size as a pickup of two alternate sets. This truck should be much bigger. Second, the helicopter is ok sized, but the high speed chase one is much bigger. You can also put multiple mini figs in the larger helicopter and it has a winch (only one mini fig fits in this one). Lot more fun to pretend to fly with the larger one. It is bigger then the Airport Starter set one (yellow). Last, lifting and flying/hauling the gas can around is only so much fun. You can connect the lift ring to about any Lego product so you need a few other sets to have better things to lift/haul.
Conclusion, I would purchase the high speed chase or the new Camper sets over this one for the kids. If you can afford them all, then its worth the purchase. Would be better value if came with a 3rd mini figure.
