Meh
" I bought this set as a impulse purchase after having seen it for months and didn't want it enough to buy it.
I like the printed 1x1 round tiles, the few dark green bricks and a few other interesting pieces. I enjoyed building it, as I do most sets, but didn't like the model enough to keep it built for more than a day. On the whole, the set isn't anything special. Unless you must have the Kanan minifigure, I'd recommend another set.
Also, there are at least eight stickers. I hate putting stickers on, and they never age well.

Piggy Pirates!
" I bought this set because I wanted the Pirate Pig and Leonard figures, and the interesting parts for pirate MOC. I love the pig figures.
I'm impressed by the internal mechanism--it isn't very complicated, and many of the bricks used are distinct bright colors. I could see this build as a way to gage if a child is interested in technics. There is plenty of room in the ship to modify the mechanism and create learning opportunities.
There are a few odd build features that suggest this might have been a more elaborate design and was scaled back--the sorts of things you might see in 3-1 alternate build sets. It makes for a better array of parts.
Once built, the ship is sturdy and fun to play with. I had intended to scrap it for parts, but like it enough that I sat it on my dresser next to MetalBeards' Sea Cow. (Set 70810)

Go with Emmet instead
" The Bane figure is well made, and his in game animations/transformations are well done. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to do anything many other character's can't.
I enjoyed building all three iterations of Bane's drill vehicle. It is one of the few vehicles in the game that looks better with each build. It is the only vehicle as of May 2016 that can Drill though checkered blue/orange cracked plates, but I prefer to use Emmet for Drill as he is also useful for Fix It and has fun dialog.

Aww..is it Wendsday all ready?
" Lloyd's in game graphics and animations are well done, and while I like his dialog, it seems limited/repetitive. The figure has great green on gold printing and well done brown on gold facial features.
If you have to choose, I'd recommend Sensai Wu rather that Lloyd because Wu has the more rare Pole ability, where many characters share Lloyd's abilities.
I don't care for any of the three toy builds for the dragon, so I did my own. The dragon seems fast and very maneuverable, particularly with diving and climbing quickly. I'm curious to try it in the races. It does well hovering close to the ground without landing, so it can be used in land races without ramps. It glitched and went underwater when I tried to do a boat race. It was great flying underwater for the limited time I was able to.

Must have for gold bricks.
" I was able to get four gold bricks in adventure worlds with Slimer that I could not get with any other character.

I'm still figuring out Slimer's walk vs fly mechanic. He seems to be fast both in the air and underwater.
The blaster accessory is NOT a vehicle. I can't even figure out how to pick it up to move it. I can see it being useful in a scenario with many enemies attacking.

Just the figures, please
" I got this set for the New Order storm troopers and the relatively rare minifig of color. The two troopers have the same face print as the clone troopers in other sets. When the mini blasters/stud shooters first came out, I was excited to get a few--now I have so many I don't know what to do with them.
I didn't find anything particularly enjoyable about building the cannon, nor special about any of the parts. I would prefer to have another mini figure than the cannon.

" I got this set because I'm trying to collect enough mini figure Storm Troopers to fill a 500ml beaker for a display.
I was surprised to discover the figures have clone heads rather than unprinted black heads.

" I bought this primarily for the Rey figure and the two dark red "mini blaster" bricks. The set has a variety of curvey dark red bricks and dark red plates in 1x1 and 1x3 that will be useful in pirate pallet MOC building.
I enjoyed building the speeder, but don't like it enough to keep it assembled long.

Pirate parts.
" This set has many good parts for pirate MOC building.
I like the Flintlocke figure. The detailing on his sword is great, particularity the skull on the knuckle guard. There are two more swords on the ship in white.
While I enjoyed putting the ship together and am amused but the bomber mechanism, it isn't something I want to pick up and play with. Mostly, I just want to scrap it for parts.
Also, I loathe stickers. I don't like putting them on, and they NEVER age well. There are fifteen stickers in this set.
Less black pieces, more browns, please.
